Giant Ice Meteor Slams To Earth Near Kids Playing in Tennessee = Video Report
May 14, 2013 – GRAY, TN (WJHL) - A Tri-Cities man has video of what appears to be a large chunk of ice that he says fell from the sky on Wednesday (May 8) and landed in a yard in Gray, TN. Andy Miller says his children were playing outside along Keeview Drive off Hales Chapel Road around 4 p.m. when they heard what sounded like a rocket. “They ran into the house shaking,” Miller said. He used his phone to record video of the children inspecting the pile of pure white ice sitting in a gouged out hole in the ground near where they were playing. Miller did a quick web search and found information that lead him to believe it’s a megacryometeor. For what it’s worth, here’s a quick definition we found on line: “A megacryometeor is a very large chunk of ice which, despite sharing many textural, hydro-chemical and isotopic features detected in large hailstones, is formed under unusual atmospheric conditions which clearly differ from those of the cumulonimbus cloud scenario (i.e. clear-sky conditions). They are sometimes called huge hailstones, but do not need to form in thunderstorms.” -WBTW

Does it bother anyone else that they are digging through the ice with their bare hands?
Me, for one. I wouldn’t let my kids close to it…I’d be looking for my geiger counter first. Who knows what else might be in/on it.
Hahah ya that was my first reaction out of my mouth when I saw them digging into the ice, if that’s what this is. Shoot its been proven that bacteria form some of these things. So what made this bacteria well off shoot a bad egg LOL. Not sure but lets not dig into it. Lets see how they are in 2 weeks.
It’s Tennessee, hello, poke it with a stick.
Quick ?, Someone tell, obama so that he can put a ban on ice meteors before they kill some real children.
Chemtrail leftovers..Them boys better go home and wash them hands..Dough huh!
It probably fell off of a plane…
Joe Dirt lol, good thing it wasn’t a blue rock.
Who is the other child videotaping, talking and telling the children to dig in the mysterious frozen substance?
I must have a different opinion of giant
Good lord! Why would you let your kids dig in that mess? Who knows what’s in it!!?!
When we start seeing 100lb hailstones that will be significant.
Probably a ball of frozen pee/turd from a jet.
“Here kids.. they play with this thing and put our hands all over it”
Chunks of ice falling off high-altitude aircraft isn’t uncommon.
Doubt seriously if it was from space.
This is my thought too. It’s not even compact like a hailstone. Was in a hailstorm in ’79 Ft. Collins CO. Those hailstones were (4″ dia.) softball-size frozen solid with concentric circles. They hit the ground at 100mph making huge dents in the ground, going through roofs and totaling many cars. A few people died even. The hailstones stayed solid on impact.
This thing looks like it just fell apart on impact like a snowball from hell. Hard to tell how deep a hole it made in the grass.
It couldn’t be a meteorite. Ice would never survive re-entry.
