Please take a look at this, the eartquake protocol is deadly, and this is common knowledge, for schoolchildren to get under their desks (by order of teachers/school officials) all over the West Coast and New Madrid fault zone states. These schools are not built to mega-quake code, at all, (except a few in California relatively speaking) and this fatal, obsolete protocol is going to be the reason for many unnecessary deaths of children. ‘Duck & Cover’ needs to immediately be replaced by the known-to-be-effective/safer protocol known as the Triangle Of Life.
