A serious point not addressed is the fact that China has over a trillion dollar debt with the United States as well, which was established when the US bought the bonds/debts to help rebuild China after World War II. The Chinese refused to pay that debt, yet insist we pay them a trillion we owe them. I say it’s a square deal and both debts are wiped clean!
I like your point. Send That in an e-mail to the President……He may not be even aware of it. ( TPTB do withhold that kind of info…and it gets lost and forgotten over the years.) The U.S. could use the bargaining chip. And yes, he does read and respond to e-mails.

In thinking how o’bama is having the highway closed so people can’t see Mr. Rushmore from a distance because there’s some federal road nearby, I wouldn’t be surprised if o’bama close ALL HIGHWAYS that ever had federal funding for them to totally close the whole country!
o’bama has stated that he wants to “fundamentally change” (DESTROY) the USA and this is his big “opportunity” to do it with congress complying.
