Freedoms Lost

There is a harsh reality awaiting the American public to which our newly elected Congress have no clue on how to avoid what is already an American travesty. The American public for decades has been duped in believing they have un-alien-able rights put forth by the original 1789 Constitution. In reality though we have only licensed privileges, and our own government is a bankrupt private corporation. This is why we the American public are suffering the abuses of government intrusion on our daily lives. 

What so many don’t know what actually occurred that transformed our government into a self-serving institution of corporate wheeling and dealing is this. The loss of our republic began with the election of Abrahan Lincoln and the onset of the Civil War. The teaching of our history has failed to inform the American public of the actual truth of what transpired that enabled Lincoln to ascend to the Presidency and the onslaught of the civil War.

When the original 13th Amendment was ratified, it set a president that forbids Bar Attorneys from holding public office and yet to this day this Amendment is considered nonexistent. We have to remember that BAR is an acronym which stands for British Accredited Registry. Our Founding Fathers were so concerned that our government would never fulfill the promise of a government of the people and, by the people without having this original 13th Amendment intact. Without this Amendment our government would turn into an institution of corporate interests and Bankers. How right our Founding Fathers were.

Even though this Amendment was passed and ratified it was unlawfully suppressed. and when the Civil War broke out congress had become so institutionalized with lawyers and bankers there was no further push to insist invoking the original 13th Amendment. When the Civil War ended in order to recoup the war debts Congress again used unauthorized methods in passing the Act of 1871 This was necessary for the US to acquire much needed loans from the Bank of England. The Act of 1871 transformed our government into a private entity. A corporation now controlled by lobbyists and billionaires that have hijacked the original Constitution and replaced it with the one we are now taught to believe. This is to ensure that Washington continues to serve the interests of corporate America and the wealthy.

The Act of 1871 is the most devastating treasonous act perpetrated by our congress on the American public. The necessary reconstruction following the civil War was never completed and as such today there remains the racial divides in our nation. Had the original 13th Amendment been allowed to exist and the Act of 1971 been revoked the United States would now avoid the third world status that this nation has succumbed into being. As in the third world the status of our legislative branch in Washington has reached new lows. And as long as we the public fail to understand what our own government did and continues to do by ignoring the original Constitution, we will be forever trapped by our own ignorance in a continued cycle of freedoms lost.
