Be It Ever So Humble

As one gets older so many of us remanence of the times of long ago when things moved a bit slower. Those days where we had seasons in the sun. Those seasons in the sun we thought they never end. But they say all good things must end someday; Autumn leaves must fall but don’t you know that our days in the sun are just brief moments of our lives. From caviar to humble pie, I have finally realized how time has flown on bye.

As the years rolled bye dark clouds of uncertainty have always hovered overhead. For many of us the paths we take many a time when we turned right, we turned left instead. The roads we take on this journey of life are filled with anticipation of things to come. Our existence always precludes an intangible purpose of God’s greatest gift. For all you nonbelievers we carry out our days being ever so humble we make our way.

As our generation slowly exits this world many have encountered joy, jubilation, sorrow and tears. The comradery of fellowship of others is something to behold. Yet there are those who can’t comprehend its meaning. The world still lacks the resolve to cease the torment of man’s inhumanity to man and nature. The continued suffering of millions has already sweep across the globe.

We have to remember what our purpose is. Though too many still question that eternal thought; What purpose does may life hold? We all come into this world by the grace of God and yet there are those who continue to deviate from our calling. The self-gratifying nature of many has thrown our world way out of balance.

Many of us have witnessed the onslaught of woe and remorse. The wallowing amidst the tears of suffering continue to ring in my ears. For far too long the atrocities remain. As one gets older, we like to think that our lives would become brighter, casting away the yolk of oppression that hangs overhead. The callous arbitrators of policy directives forsakes all of mankind.

Where there is hope lies within the knowledge that we are capable of easing the burdens of life’s adversities. No longer can we tolerate the way things are. For if we do Mankind’s reign is thru. The choice is ours to make. Do we continue to let things be or do we have the courage to make things right?  We had better have the will, the courage and the fortitude to do what is right for mankind and nature before it really is too late.
