Here is the link to the company that did the study. There’s references to their study of the 61 cities but couldn’t find full list yet. Maybe if enough of us search their site we can come up with the list.

Most of these bankruptcies are due to govt worker pensions and i say cancel the pensions. Govt workers are almost all hired thru affirmative action and are unqualified and shouldn’t have had the job in the first place. Maybe we should make them return their past wages. They stole them.

        TruthandFreedom,
I would have never considered your comment as valid, until my first visit to Toledo, Ohio, a few years ago.
I grew up on the west coast, SoCal, and even though it has it’s bad areas, I never saw anything quite like what I saw when I visited Ohio.
I saw the true definition of “Urban Blight”.
There were literally blocks of buildings, that were fenced off, that had burned down, collapsed, or were dilapidated, and they had been that way for years. They had not even been cleared away, just left like they were.
After research, I found that these areas have been Democratically controlled for many years.
This really opened my eyes. It was shocking!
        Just saying.
