Still Report #565 – State & Clinton are Lying, but Clinton Will Skate

According to a report in the New York Post, the former Inspector General of – wait for it now – of the State Department – says that both Hillary Clinton and the State Department are lying because he knows for a fact that State never even set up an email address for Clinton – ever – never!
According to Howard J. Krongard, the Harvard educated lawyer who served as the Inspector General of the State Department from 2005 to 2008:
“This was all planned in advance.”
Krongard told the Post that they knew from the first day Hillary came in that this was the way she intended to avoid any exposure to the Freedom of Information Act, so that she could do whatever she pleased and never have to answer for it.
According to Krongard:
“It tells me that this was premeditated. And this eliminates claims by the State Department that they were unaware of her private e-mail server until later. How else was she supposed to do business without e-mail?”
Krongard pointed out another thing that has gone unmentioned during this entire investigation: during Clinton’s entire term as Secretary of State there was no – guess what? – there was no permanent inspector general.
“This is a major gap. In fact, it’s without precedent.” “It’s the longest period any department has gone without an IG.”
Three of Clinton’s top aides at State are now under intense scrutiny by the FBI. All three are still working for Clinton’s presidential campaign: Cheryl Mills, Huma Abedin and Jake Sullivan.
According to Krongard:
“They are [under] enormous pressure to cooperate.”
Krongard predicts that this massive case of nothing less than treason will never go to trial.
Why? Because any referral from the FBI:
“will have to go through four loyal Democrat women.”
Assistant Attorney General Leslie Caldwell, who heads the department’s criminal division; Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates; Attorney General Loretta Lynch; and top White House adviser Valerie Jarrett.
Krongard told the Post that he believes that Clinton’s lawyer, David Kendall, will — as a last resort — be able to plea bargain all charges away to misdemeanors punishable by fines only.
In any case, the public outrage between now and the election will be off the scale.
