Brexit Party’s Twitter Poll

Neil Farage’s Brexit Party runs a second Brexit referendum poll on Twitter and is so far stunned by the results  — 76 percent in favor of remaining in the EU.  Of course, it’s not scientific and subject to bias and manipulation but it is in the right direction of the last poll we cited in our post, Remain By A Landslide, which showed Remain running 16 points above Brexit.

Politics are moving into a grand funk this summer both in the U.S. and U.K. and confirms our suspicions of a coming Summer of Discontent in both countries.  The Democrats will have no choice but to soon call for impeachment hearings against President Trump as they struggle with their oath to protect the Constitution post-Mueller Report and the politics of doing so.

In the U.K.,  the House of Commons will have no choice but to move to a second Brexit referendum as it is clear that the British people have changed their minds after the Brexit vote and the government and MPs are completely paralyzed.   This takes place as the EU Parliamentary elections loom in late May.  The Brexit Party is well positioned to make gains and potentially neuter the Conservative Party.

We see very little profiles in courage on both sides of the pond.

Note the Twitter poll has one day left and who knows how the final results will come in.  Twitter polls, including likes and retweets, should be highly discounted as the ‘bots are allowed to run wild.   We have seen  ‘bots gone wild — it’s like a frickin’ feeding frenzy.
