The Market Ticker - To America's Corporations And Citizens

There are several states in this nation that respect the Constitution when it comes to firearms, and the number has been going up rather than down.  This is commonly called “Constitutional Carry” and puts forward the premise that any law-abiding citizen may carry, openly or concealed, as they wish — with no requirement to buy a “license.”

Then there are those states that half-respect the Constitution in that they permit open carry freely, but require a license for concealed carry.

And then there are those states that 1/4 respect the Constitution in that they prohibit open carry, but allow people a license to carry concealed — and some who have far less than 1/4 respect, in that their laws are arbitrary as to whether you can or cannot have said license.

Florida is somewhere between the second and third categories.  Open carry is prohibited; concealed…….
