With millions of Americans are being furloughed and unsure when they can return to work, there is growing anxiety and a serious drop in consumer confidence.

As small businesses continue to close and large companies have massive layoffs, the airlines are the latest that are expected to start laying off workers by the thousands as Covd-19 support expires.

The jargon for layoffs like ”downsizing,” “restructuring,” “reorganizing,” “incremental synergies,” “offshoring,” “streamlining,” ”headcount reductions,” and ”workforce rebalancing” are just one of the many signs that a change may be needed if you hear such language. Others include memos from exectuives that change is coming, sudden mysterious meetings with the whole department, or you receive the ’non-negotiable’ job offer.
