The Market Ticker - Let Me Tell You A Story....

…. about ruination.

It was a little place.  It became almost a home.  People you knew, but didn’t really know.  You knew ‘em well enough to rub elbows, you learned some, but they were not, for the most part, really “friends” per-se.  Few if any ever came to your home, or you to theirs.  But it didn’t matter.  It was a community.

It went on for years.

Covid-19 comes.  Yeah, there are tough times.  Governors being dickheads, people being stupid.  Can’t have anyone you don’t live with in your group.  Must maintain six feet.  Take it outside.  Slowly, the stupid recedes.  The people come back.  Some of the camaraderie was damaged, maybe even critically damaged, but the rest of it remained.
