Short-term price fluctuations do not influence long-term trends, cycles, and profitability. The majority, guided by price trends and emotions, concentrate on short-term trading noise rather than cyclical trends of price, time, and energy. Listen to the invisible hand. It’s discounting the unknown fundamentals, events, intermarket relationships (all markets are connected), and more. The latest Wheat Report update, Wheat joins corn and beans, represents another warning for Ag.

The following observation from the Sector Alignment table stand out: (1) Foreign Exchange (Fx) markets are highly focused to the downside, and (2) Grains (G), which includes corn, soybeans, and wheat, are highly focused to the downside.  In other words, the dollar is rallying, and grain prices are falling.  The US Dollar Report focuses on timing and why the dollar is rallying.  The dollar is a critical discussion for all subscribers.
