He would help you get into real estate by (probably forming an LLC) purchasing property that you find, and put them in your control but he was the beneficial owner of that LLC. He technically could own all of America and we would not know because his ownership would have been hidden under thousands of LLCs that owned millions of homes.
Then you have the small guy saying giving beneficial owner information would end their business.
