WICHITA, KS – Businessman and military veteran Mike Pompeo continues to gain support from the farm and ranch community across the 4th District of Kansas.

Already endorsed by the Kansas Farm Bureau and the Kansas Livestock Association, today Pompeo added the endorsements of the Kansas Grain & Feed Association, Kansas Agribusiness Retailers Association, John Deere PAC and Dairy Farmers of America.

“Kansas farmers and ranchers are fed up with increased regulation on agriculture that will do nothing but drive up operating costs,” Pompeo said. “Pending cap and trade legislation, coupled with Obamacare and increasing capital gains and death tax, will further destroy the Kansas agriculture industry. We need leaders in Washington who will listen to the concerns of farmers and ranchers – and who will get the federal government out of the way of doing what Kansas farmers and ranchers do best – feed the world.”
