A crushing situation is emerging for, not only Barack Obama, but also for the American people as a landmark statement has been made by the Obama administration that is going to turn the entire 2012 Presidential race and potentially much more on its head.

Lawyers representing the current sitting President of the United States of America have been forced, under penalty of perjury, to admit that the long-form birth certificate presented by the White House in April of 2011 is a total forgery.

In a NJ ballot access eligibility case spawned by Tea Party activists, attorneys representing Obama had to admit the document presented to the American people by Obama himself is actually knowingly faked and was used to fool the American public into believing a complete fabrication.

What could be the most shocking aspect of the situation, however, may be the fact that Obama and his attorneys have crafted an argument that truly boggles the mind.

In a direct assault on everything the citizens of the USA take for granted, in layman’s terms, his attorneys literally made the argument during a hearing on April 10th that because the document was so obviously faked and could not possibly be considered proof of citizenship, the document itself should not be allowed as evidence in the case.

Obama is now basically asserting that only a legitimate document should be allowed as evidence in this case and therefore this one should be thrown out due to the fact that it’s not real. The Judge agreed.

In what may turn out to be one of the biggest scandals in the history of the United States, the Obama administration itself has now virtually admitted to High Crimes and Misdemeanors and to deceiving the public into believing a lie that was ironically intended to distract awareness from the actual issue that truly determines his eligibility, or lack thereof.

Even though now it has become evident that Obama cannot prove he was born in the Unites States after all, even before that admission in court, it was already known that he was not actually eligible to become either Vice President or President, due to the fact that Obama is not a “Natural Born” Citizen.

Although presenting the fake birth certificate to the American people was an attempt to falsely prove his automatic eligibility, even prior to the ‘President’s’ issuance of the fabricated document to the public last spring, attorneys arguing against his eligibility since 2007 proved that Obama was simply ineligible due to the fact that only one of his parents was a US citizen.

Ironically, arguments have been made against this age-old constitutional mandate with regard to Obama’s eligibility by using John McCain’s ’08 eligibility situation as an example, while missing the fact that even McCain’s parents were both born in the USA and therefore was ultimately allowed to run for office, even though he was born on a US military base in Panama.

This simply isn’t the case for Obama, aside from the fact that his administration has now admitted to open criminal activity and blatant ineligibility on multiple fronts.

The reality of a bad economic situation is beginning to set in on the left and some of the more honest lefties are now admitting that there isn’t a hopeful outlook for Obama’s re-election. I’ve included the entire interview of Arianna Huffington with LarryO because of not only the way she trashes Obama and his renewed focus on jobs, but also the way that she talks about how disenfranchised people on the left feel with this debt deal. She even goes as far as saying that Obama needs ‘intense therapy’ so that he can explain to himself why he agreed to such a debt deal. Just the way she characterized it surprised me because it’s not even over yet. We’ve only been through one phase of the deal and I can assure you that the left will push hard for tax increases the next go round as they hold the defense cuts hostage.

But then she starts talking about Obama’s recent pivot toward jobs again. Arianna says that she went back and counted the number of times Obama said he was focused on jobs and apparently it’s so many times that she says no one believes him anymore. She points out that Obama is very focused on campaigning for 2012, and while she agrees that’s an important goal, she says the only number that people will care about in 2012 is the unemployment rate and that there are no prospects for it going below 9%.

What’s funny to me is that the premise that began the interview was that LarryO was trying to find a way to convey hope about economic conditions that are less than hopeful, to help the President as much as they possibly could, and yet it’s their hopelessness that made me feel more hopeful.

– She looks familiar and sounds even more so.

A quarter-century after her debut as a regular on TV’s “Saturday Night Live,” Victoria Jackson is back entertaining audiences in South Florida. The crowds are minuscule compared with the millions who saw her, often portraying a ditsy blonde, during six seasons on SNL.

But this is entertainment with a purpose.

With a small American flag stuck in her pulled-back hair at one event, playing a ukulele and singing at the next, Jackson is out to spread her conservative worldview and alert the uninformed to the threats she sees facing America.

“There’s an urgency in the air,” she said during a recent talk/monologue/concert/Q&A session at the Davie/Cooper City Republican Club. “Urgency is the right word because this election coming up will decide whether we’re going to be capitalist or communist, tyranny or liberty.”

Jackson’s biggest concern is communism. She says President Barack Obama is a communist, a conviction that she’s immortalized in a song, “There’s a Communist Living in the White House,” which has received more than 500,000 views on YouTube. Her evidence includes an assertion — without offering proof — that Obama’s parents were communists and his grandparents were “communists or socialists.”

She doesn’t bloviate like Rush Limbaugh or rant like Glenn Beck. Instead, she tells stories and jokes as she describes her childhood in a conservative Christian household in Miami-Dade County (her father said the TV show “Love Boat” was all about adultery), her 1986-92 run on “Saturday Night Live” (a recurring role had her as the passenger in a car driven by a cat), and life with her husband, a Miami-Dade cop (while she slept, she jokes, he once drew a chalk outline around her body).

All throughout, Jackson weaves in her political awakening as a staunch conservative and her fears for the country’s future, offering a worldview with few shades of gray, just black and white, good and evil. Though she still can adopt the airhead persona, she’s completely conversant in the theories and concerns of the most conservative end of the political spectrum.

She said she believes that sharia, Quran-based Islamic law, is taking hold in America and that the United Nations controls the Everglades, the Washington Monument and the Statue of Liberty.

She asserts that Obama has “stirred up” racial conflict over the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, a black teenager, by a white Hispanic in Central Florida and that the Democratic president is “purposely crashing our economy” and destroying the middle class to put more people on welfare.

She’s up to date on fringe far-right theories, such as the claim that Obama has arranged for a Spanish company owned by a campaign donor to count the votes in this year’s election, which has been debunked by the online myth-busing site Snopes.com. It’s a mirror image of some leftists’ fears leading up to the 2004 election when a voting machine company was linked to Republican campaign contributions.

Jackson doesn’t offer much evidence for her views, suggesting people can find supporting material on the Internet. She doesn’t trust the mainstream media, which she finds “completely in the pocket of the progressive communists.” Proof, she said, is that newspapers and TV networks aren’t reporting “that the president is a racist or that he is a communist.”

Her audience isn’t confined to YouTube. From her home in Miami, she regularly visits tea party events in Broward and Palm Beach counties, sometimes performing, other times holding signs with everyone else. She also hosts a weekly Saturday evening radio show on Florida’s Christian network ReachFM.

Jackson, 52, said in an interview she does the public appearances for free because she’s committed to spreading the word. She blogs at vickigoestowashington.com, is a citizen-journalist at patriotupdate.com and is launching a new politics-comedy-religion show for satellite radio.

Reactions to her are like a political Rorschach test.

Scott Spages, co-leader of the Faith Forum civic engagement project with members from Calvary Chapel’s Broward and Palm Beach County campuses, sees her as “person of courage and character who cares about the fundamentals of our country.” And Jeff Rubinoff, president of the Davie/Cooper City Republican Club, said it was refreshing to see something other than “leftist propaganda which is purposely blended into story lines and comedy sketches” on TV and in movies.

After reading about and watching her online, John Foley of Boynton Beach, a leader in the liberal group moveon.org, said he first thought her shtick was a parody: “It’s extremely ridiculous to most people, but some people lap it up.”

Mitch Ceasar, the Broward Democratic Party chairman, said Jackson has a First Amendment right to say what she wants — “no matter how dopey” — but proves that anyone can get attention if they do something crazy enough.

“This is as nutsy as I’ve ever seen,” Ceasar said of her routine. “The only subject she missed was the conspiracy behind who really sank the Titanic. It’s obvious she was on SNL during the not-so-funny years.”

As with all other crimes related to and by Obama he will probably slip past this one as well. God help us stop this madman!

The faculty of a Michigan college is up in arms over the choice of singer, actor and author Pat Boone as commencement speaker for the institution’s 2012 graduation ceremony.

According to a report in the Toledo Blade, petitions protesting Boone’s selection and honorary degree have been circulating among students and faculty at Adrian College in Adrian, Mich., since the school announced the decision on April 2. The school’s faculty association even approved a resolution last week condemning the choice and demanding the school withdraw its invitation.

Janet Salzwedel, an officer with the faculty association, told the newspaper professors were upset with what she called Boone’s “inflammatory kinds of rhetoric.”

The Blade also cited objections over Boone’s willingness to question Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president and the legitimacy of the document the White House presented as Obama’s purported, long-form birth certificate.

“He is free to speak at other places,” Salzwedel said, “but this is about the students and their day, and [Boone] is not what Adrian College represents.”

According to the Blade, it’s Boone’s commentaries in WND that have “riled some people on the United Methodist Church-affiliated college campus.”

A Facebook page set up to “keep Pat Boone off of Adrian College’s campus” contends that Boone spends his time as a “political pundit, promoting his views of racism, sexism, homophobia and religious intolerance” and then links to a press release put out by the Human Rights Campaign, a leading homosexual activism group.

The Facebook page, under the name of Adrian College junior Chelsea Blankinship, cites a 2008 Boone column in WND that she says “stepped outside the bounds of decency and morality” for “comparing LGBT activism with the terrorist attacks in Mumbai.”

Boone’s column specifically states that homosexual activists haven’t grown as violent as jihadi terrorists, but does point to “the anger, the vehemence, the total disregard for law and order … the hate seething in the words, faces and actions” of some of California’s Proposition 8 protesters, who took to the streets demanding the state’s voter-approved ballot initiative preserving marriage between one man and one woman be struck down.

“Hate is hate, no matter where it erupts,” Boone writes in the column’s pivotal paragraph. “And hate, unbridled, will eventually and inevitably boil into violence. How crazily ironic that the homosexual activists and sympathizers cry for ‘tolerance’ and ‘equal rights’ and understanding – while they spew vitriol and threats and hate at those who disagree with them on moral and societal grounds.”

Blankinship contends of Boone, “When someone makes their living declaring hate and intolerance, [he] has no place on a college campus that was founded as a campus that accepts diversity.”

College President Jeffrey Docking told the Blade that Boone was selected from a list of speakers forwarded by a committee, which included faculty, and that Boone has no intention of politicizing his commencement address.

But Docking also insists that colleges should not be in the business of screening out politically incorrect viewpoints.

“The original concept of a university was to create a venue in society where people with different points of view could come together to share and discuss them without fear of persecution,” Docking writes in a statement on the college’s website. “While Mr. Boone’s political views and social positions have raised healthy debate over the years, to suspend his commencement address based on arguments against his beliefs, opinions and ideology would be a form of intolerance that cannot be condoned.

“In truth,” Docking continues, “even while people can debate his position on controversial issues, his success as a musician, actor and businessman is undeniable. Mr. Boone’s professional success story is one worthy of the recognition he will receive on Commencement Day.”

Furthermore, Docking explains, Boone has graciously offered a representative of those opposing his speech an opportunity at the commencement itself to explain why he should be denied the opportunity to speak and to share his experiences with the class of 2012.

Senior Zachary Ritchie, president of the student group Adrian College Conservatives, has also come to Boone’s defense. Ritchie wondered whether the school’s faculty would be so active if politically conservative students objected to a more liberal speaker.

“Would the faculty react the same way?” Ritchie asked. “I don’t think they would.”

The Blade reports the college’s Institute of Ethics will hold a forum on April 24 from 6 to 7:15 p.m. at Downs Hall Theatre on Adrian College’s campus to discuss Mr. Boone’s selection, at the request of Docking.

Boone’s entertainment heyday was during the 1950s and early 1960s. In his long career, he has sold more than 45 million albums, had 38 Top 40 hits and appeared in more than 12 Hollywood movies.

A new study that claims opposition to homosexuality means a person probably is a closet homosexual is nothing more than a rehash of propaganda used in the 1970s, according to a former liberal who now warns of the “gay” agenda.

“This is so old-hat, they were saying this in the 1970s when I was a liberal progressive. This was standard indoctrination talking points about homosexuality even back then,” said Linda Harvey, founder of Mission America. “This has been around for 40 years and they are now bringing it back around.”

Science Daily reports a new study says “homophobia is more pronounced in individuals with an unacknowledged attraction to the same sex and who grew up with authoritarian parents who forbade such desires.”

Netta Weinstein, a lecturer at the University of Essex and the study’s lead author, says people who identify themselves as straight “may be threatened by gays and lesbians because homosexuals remind them of similar tendencies within themselves.”

Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth About Homosexuality says the story is nothing more than junk science on steroids.

“Before it became ‘normalized’ and politically correct it was studied. In a healthy society pathology is studied but now everything has flipped and they are trying to make it so those who study homosexuality are the sick ones,” he said.

The article says the fact that “homophobes” are closet homosexuals explains the cause behind much of the bullying directed against “gays” and lesbians. It says media reports of these incidents claim the attackers perceived a threat from homosexuals and “people in denial about their sexual orientation may lash out because gay targets threaten and bring this internal conflict to the forefront.”

They cite the example of Ted Haggard, a prominent evangelical pastor who opposed homosexuality but was later found to be engaged in a “gay” sex scandal in 2006.

LaBarbera acknowledges that people such as Haggard exist but says that is far from being the norm and is more indicative of a sinful nature.

“Jimmy Swaggart preached against adultery and was later found to be having an affair. That doesn’t mean that all preachers who preach against adultery are secret adulterers,” he said.

The study was conducted using college students whose sexual orientation was determined by self-identification and how they performed a split-second task. They were shown words and pictures on a computer screen and asked to put them in “gay” or “straight” categories. Prior to the trials, the participants were shown either the word “me” or “others” for 35 milliseconds.

After this they were shown pictures of straight and “gay” couples and the words “gay,” “straight,” homosexual” and “heterosexual” while a computer tracked their response times.

According to the authors, people who had a faster reaction with words “me” and “gay” were deemed to be homosexuals regardless of their stated orientation.

The authors concluded people who declared themselves to be heterosexual, while the reaction time indicated they were homosexual, often reacted with hostility to “gay others.” The study claimed hostility to the “gay” lifestyle by these individuals reveals that homophobia is possibly a result of a suppressed homosexual orientation.

Study co-author Richard Ryan of the University of Rochester claimed there are dangers for people “who are at war with themselves.”

He cited the 1998 murder of Matthew Shepard in Wyoming as an example.

“Homophobia is not a laughing matter. It can sometimes have tragic consequences,” he said.

Numerous reports attribute Shepard’s murder to his homosexuality. Police investigations, however, suggest that robbery was the motive for the crime.

LaBarbera said academia would never do any serious studies on issues within the homosexual community.

“We’ve got all these pathologies within the homosexual world – men who beat their partners, you’ve got high rates of STDs through the roof for men who have sex with men – and yet none of that merits a study that would come out and say that homosexual practice is wrong,” he laments. “There are no objective studies coming from academia on the subject of homosexuality because they are more interested in being politically correct.”

He continued, “This study will eventually be cited in some school textbook or be taught in California where they cannot say anything negative about the homosexual lifestyle.”

Harvey echoed LaBarbera’s concerns that the study will be used to teach children at a young age that if they are opposed to homosexuality because of their religious upbringing or normal impulses that the behavior is unnatural they are actually closet homosexuals.

“They want to target our kids and introduce sex to children at younger and younger ages to cause them to look at any type of relationship they may have with anyone whether it be other children or adults in sexual terms,” Harvey said.

She said the line of reasoning presented in the study was part and parcel of feminist teaching regarding sexual liberation in the 1970s when adherents were taught to turn the tables on those opposing homosexuality by accusing them of the very thing they were opposed to.

“It is clearly an intimidation tactic to convince the majority of people who know there is something wrong with homosexuality that there is something wrong with them instead. We did this in the 70s when Anita Bryant was sounding the warning cry against the homosexual movement,” she said. “This study is simply a re-packaging of the same things the homosexual movement was teaching in the 1970s.”

Harvey said that during the 1970s she was a volunteer for a brief time with Planned Parenthood.

“As a part of that they did a very thorough screening on you and asked you a detailed questionnaire. It was intended to see how liberal you were and questions were asked about homosexuality to see if you tolerated it or not. This is all part of radical feminism.”

A crushing situation is emerging for, not only Barack Obama, but also for the American people as a landmark statement has been made by the Obama administration that is going to turn the entire 2012 Presidential race and potentially much more on its head.

Lawyers representing the current sitting President of the United States of America have been forced, under penalty of perjury, to admit that the long-form birth certificate presented by the White House in April of 2011 is a total forgery.

In a NJ ballot access eligibility case spawned by Tea Party activists, attorneys representing Obama had to admit the document presented to the American people by Obama himself is actually knowingly faked and was used to fool the American public into believing a complete fabrication.

What could be the most shocking aspect of the situation, however, may be the fact that Obama and his attorneys have crafted an argument that truly boggles the mind.

In a direct assault on everything the citizens of the USA take for granted, in layman’s terms, his attorneys literally made the argument during a hearing on April 10th that because the document was so obviously faked and could not possibly be considered proof of citizenship, the document itself should not be allowed as evidence in the case.

Obama is now basically asserting that only a legitimate document should be allowed as evidence in this case and therefore this one should be thrown out due to the fact that it’s not real. The Judge agreed.

In what may turn out to be one of the biggest scandals in the history of the United States, the Obama administration itself has now virtually admitted to High Crimes and Misdemeanors and to deceiving the public into believing a lie that was ironically intended to distract awareness from the actual issue that truly determines his eligibility, or lack thereof.

Even though now it has become evident that Obama cannot prove he was born in the Unites States after all, even before that admission in court, it was already known that he was not actually eligible to become either Vice President or President, due to the fact that Obama is not a “Natural Born” Citizen.

Although presenting the fake birth certificate to the American people was an attempt to falsely prove his automatic eligibility, even prior to the ‘President’s’ issuance of the fabricated document to the public last spring, attorneys arguing against his eligibility since 2007 proved that Obama was simply ineligible due to the fact that only one of his parents was a US citizen.

Ironically, arguments have been made against this age-old constitutional mandate with regard to Obama’s eligibility by using John McCain’s ’08 eligibility situation as an example, while missing the fact that even McCain’s parents were both born in the USA and therefore was ultimately allowed to run for office, even though he was born on a US military base in Panama.

This simply isn’t the case for Obama, aside from the fact that his administration has now admitted to open criminal activity and blatant ineligibility on multiple fronts.

NEW YORK, NY – After a Maricopa County law enforcement agency conducted a six-month forensic examination which determined that the image of Obama’s alleged 1961 Certificate of Live Birth posted to a government website in April, 2011 is a digital fabrication and that it did not originate from a genuine paper document, arguments from an Obama eligibility lawyer during a recent New Jersey ballot challenge hearing reveals the image was not only a fabrication, but that it was likely part of a contrived plot by counterfeiters to endow Obama with mere political support while simultaneously making the image intentionally appear absurd and, therefore, invalid as evidence toward proving Obama’s ineligibility in a court of law.

Taking an audacious and shocking angle against the constitutional eligibility mandate, Obama’s lawyer, Alexandra Hill, admitted that the image of Obama’s birth certificate was a forgery and made the absurd claim that, therefore, it cannot be used as evidence to confirm his lack of natural born citizenship status. Therefore, she argued, it is “irrelevant to his placement on the ballot”.

Hill went on to contort reasoning by implying that Obama needs only invoke his political popularity, not legal qualifications, in order to be a candidate.

At the hearing, attorney for the plaintiffs, Mario Apuzzo, correctly argued that Obama, under the Constitution, has to be a “natural born Citizen” and that he has not met his burden of showing that he is eligible to be on the New Jersey primary ballot by showing that he is indeed a “natural born Citizen.” He argued that Obama has shown no authenticate evidence to the New Jersey Secretary of State demonstrating who he is and that he was born in the United States. Apuzzo also argued that as a matter of law, Obama is not a “natural born Citizen” because he was born to a father who was not a U.S. citizen.

As Obama’s legal argument becomes more contorted, he is being forced to avoid an ever shrinking legal space, and an increasing weight, of his failure to meet constitutional eligibility requirements.

Hill, of Genova, Burn & Giantomasi Attorneys in Newark, made a desperate motion to dismiss the ballot objection arguing that Obama’s lack of natural-born citizenship status was not relevant to being placed on the New Jersey presidential ballot because no law exists in New Jersey which says that a candidate’s appearance on the ballot must be supported by evidence of natural born citizenship status. Only the U.S. constitution restricts eligibility to hold the office of president to natural born citizens.

Judge Masin denied the motion to dismiss and the case proceeded to trial.

“Sadly, regardless of her moral deficiency, Hill is legally justified,” says TDP Editor, Penbrook Johannson, “Obama’s eligibility is a separate matter than the charges of forgery and fraud. Of course, we have evidence that he is not eligible. But, evidence of forgery by as yet unidentified counterfeiters working on behalf of Obama is not what legally excludes Obama from appearing on a ballot, by itself, until some authority is willing to consider this as evidence of forgery on its merit as an indication of actual ineligibility in a court of legal authority. Until some court of competent jurisdiction is willing to hear evidence of forgery and fraud, you can’t legally punish a political candidate for that crime which has not been proven that they committed. However, since Obama is not eligible because of a lack of authenticated evidence to the contrary, he could be held off the ballot for that reason.”

According to Johannson, there is an overwhelming level of moral certainty that Obama is a usurper, but until a court with jurisdiction considers this case, Obama’s status as a legitimate president is in limbo.

“He does not exist as a president except in the imagination of those who blindly support him. Whereas he is politically desired by a transient consensus, his legality is unresolved until a responsible court makes a determination. This is the essence of our crisis. Our nation exists in a state of non-authorized identity. Obama is just some guy calling himself a president and living in the White House without the confirmative authority to do so.”

Obama’s document forgery and fraudulent presidency have now forced him to flee to a “strange twilight zone” between political popularity and legal legitimacy where poorly counterfeited records are apparently allowed to be published by Obama using government media resources for political purposes, yet those same records are held by the courts as irrelevant for determining Obama’s legal eligibility status because they are, according to judges, “so poorly forged” they are obviously meant to be satirical and not to be taken seriously as evidence.

Shockingly, parting from widespread public ignorance, Hill actually acknowledged two of the three necessary components of determining natural born citizenship as being place of birth and citizenship status of both parents. However, she argued that, “No law in New Jersey obligated him (Obama) to produce any such evidence in order to get on the primary ballot.”

The third component of natural born eligibility is maintenance of natural born citizenship status from birth to election without interruption, involuntarily or voluntarily, due to expatriation, extradition, renouncement or foreign adoption.

“Obama is mocking our constitution,” says Johannson, “His position is that he never claimed the image was an indication of his natural born status, just that it was information about his birth. Whether it is forged or authentic is irrelevant to Obama because plausible deniability affords him the security in knowing that no legal authority is willing to hang him with it.”

Of course, Johannson adds that it makes Obama look like a willing accomplice and a liar, but, he says, “…show me a politician who cares about being seen as a liar by the public. If people who support him want to vote for a person like that, it reveals more about the reprobate character of Obama supporters than competency of any legal determination about his lack of constitutional eligibility. Degenerates will vote for a degenerate while patriots will exhaust all civil means to remove him…until those civil means are exhausted. Then things get ugly for government.”

“However, Hill is also essentially admitting that Obama is not a legitimate president and that Obama believes that his illegitimacy does not matter to his legal ability to hold the office. Obama holds to a political tenet, not a legal one with respect to his views on his eligibility. That’s what corrupt, criminal politicians do. When the law convicts them, they run to public favorability for shelter with the hope that their supporters will apply pressure to disregard law in their case.”

Obama is now arguing that because he is politically popular, as he points to as being indicated by his so-called ‘election’, despite accusations of eligibility fraud and election fraud, the constitutional eligibility mandate is not relevant, in his view. Until a courageous authority is willing to disagree and hold Obama to an equally weighted legal standard, civil remedies for the Obama problem are limited.

Johannson adds that Obama is making the same argument on behalf of Obamacare.

“If he had the gall to actually tell the Supreme Court that they have no authority to determine the unconstitutionality of his illegitimate policies, what makes anyone think he believes they have the authority to disqualify him due to his lack of constitutional eligibility? Obama believes he holds preeminent power over all branches of government because of his delusions of political grandeur.”

He correctly points to a lifetime pattern of behavior and testimony by Obama which indicates a complete lack of regard for the U.S. Constitution when it restricts Obama’s political agenda and lust for power.

“This is a guy who illegally defaced public property when he scribed his aspirations to be ‘king’ in a concrete sidewalk at the age of ten, for God’s sake. Now, his ‘majesty’ wants to put his illegal ‘graffiti’ into American law books. However, his problem is that he has to face the fact that he is an abject failure in his capacity to meet any standard required by the 250-year-old U.S. Constitution, in everything he tries to do. The Constitution owns him and he can’t stand it. He hates it. Therefore, instead of admitting his lack of constitutionality, he simply breaks the rules and proceeds to illegally scribe his fake authority on everything until someone is willing to physically stop him. Obama is not just an illegitimate politician, he is a rogue outlaw without regard for the divine providence of American law.”

Apuzzo submitted that New Jersey law requires Obama to show evidence that he is qualified for the office he wishes to occupy and that includes showing that he is a “natural born Citizen,” which includes presenting evidence of who he is, where he was born, and that he was born to two U.S. citizen parents. Apuzzo added that the Secretary of State has a constitutional obligation not to place any ineligible candidates on the election ballot.
