Baldwin & Obama’s Polices Have Added Over $5 Trillion To The National Debt

After ramming their $1.76 trillion healthcare bill and their failed $825 billion stimulus through Washington, today President Barack Obama and liberal Madison Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin will hold a rally in Madison reminding voters of just how much money their far-left policies are costing Americans.

Tammy Baldwin was a strong supporter of President Obama’s $825 billion stimulus, which she promised would ‘create or save’ 67,000 Wisconsin jobs, yet since this bill was passed the Badger State has lost over 50,000 jobs.

Baldwin also supported the President’s $1.76 trillion healthcare bill – which took $716 billion from seniors on Medicare, including $9.4 billion in Wisconsin – and even claimed that the healthcare bill didn’t go far enough.

These programs along with their other liberal initiatives have forced President Obama and liberal Congresswoman Baldwin to raise the debt ceiling at least five times.

“Tammy Baldwin has rubberstamped nearly every big government initiative into law for President Obama, which explains why together they’ve raised the debt ceiling at least five times,” said National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) spokesman Jahan Wilcox.  “Ms. Baldwin’s tax-and-spend record is wrong for Wisconsin and it’s why Wisconsinites needs Mitt Romney and Tommy Thompson who have a proven record of creating jobs for our country,”
