as Senior Advisor to 2014 Campaign Team

WICHITA—Today, Rep. Mike Pompeo’s campaign for re-election announced that it has added Alan Cobb in the role of Senior Campaign Advisor to its already talented team.  Mr. Cobb will provide strategic guidance to the campaign along with communications and messaging assistance.

“I’ve known Alan Cobb for well over a decade and half,” Pompeo said. “We’ve worked together on various projects and I am now thrilled that he is coming on board to ensure that our campaign is successful.  His knowledge of Kansas politics, his longstanding relationships in our community, his vast campaign experience here in Kansas, and our shared commitment to limited government and the expansion of freedom will all prove valuable.”

Mike Pompeo is a longtime job creator in Kansas, having grown companies in the aviation and oil and gas industries.  A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Pompeo was elected to the United States Congress in his first political campaign in 2010.  He and his wife, Susan, live in Wichita.
