Don't take the bait
The Republican promises to maybe, just maybe, somehow, somewhere over the rainbow, “overturn Roe,” are nothing but sucker bait. How in the world could Republicans ever do this when every piece of legislation they offer surrenders the only real moral, constitutional, and legal arguments against Roe (i.e., the God-given, unalienable nature of our individual rights, and the Constitution’s requirement that every person in America be equally protected by our laws)?
How could they ever do this when every piece of legislation they offer conforms itself in great detail to the infamous Roe vs. Wade decision, and kowtows to out-of-control, unjust judges?
How could they do this when their legislation actually imitates Roe, by arbitrarily deciding which babies can live, and which babies must die?
How could they do this when their legislation, just like Roe, offers up a governmental license to murder babies, all of the babies, as long as they are murdered on schedule, and by some arbitrary set of man-made rules?
One last thing: what they will never tell you, when they’re trying to coerce your votes or your money, is the fact of history that Roe was decided by an overwhelmingly Republican Supreme Court, and that every court opinion since, that continues the slaughter, came at the hands of more Republican courts.
Stop being a sucker. Courts don’t make our laws. And any law or court opinion that violates the laws of nature and nature’s God, or the U.S. Constitution, is nothing but a legal nullity.
