On June 4, 2011, a story was posted announcing the publication of Dr. John P. Rohner’s/ Plasmerg patent application. This story was posted on both Before It’s News and Pure Energy Systems. Amazingly the story only appeared on this news site. Since then some additional and troubling facts regarding the patent publication have been discovered.
On March 10, 2010, Dr. Rohner and his patent attorney were notified by the Commissioner of Patents that the Patent Application would be published on May 19th, 2011. Dr. Rohner has known of this date for over a year without mention. He has in fact continuously made false accusations that the USPTO was slow and negligent. His online posts make repeated claims that he had no knowledge of a publishing date. This supposed lack of information and publication was used by Dr. Rohner and Plasmerg as their chief excuse for not presenting any verifications of his highly touted single, dual, and multi-cylinder operational engines.
Why Pure Energy Systems should fail to post the story is not much of a mystery. Over the last two and one half years PESN has overly supported Dr. Rohner to the extent of modifying and even falsifying articles presented by and for Dr. Rohner. Prototype dates were set back over a full years and various excuses made for non performance. Plasmic information was repeatedly presented as fact without any research or verification. It appears that PESN even refused to view and certify fully operational competitive equipment. Their response was always that Dr. Rohner was their good friend and they did not want to discredit him.
Now, in the midst of discovering what may well be a major scam being perpetrated by Dr. Rohner, PESN is again trying to suppress news detrimental to Plasmerg. Obviously, publication of the patent does nothing to support them. The weak claims and plagiarized passages will without a doubt be a strong setback . In a rare admission of guilt, Dr. Rohner has admitted to presenting competitor’s engine images as his own in his provisional application. As the referenced provisional application number shown in the published patent is strangely incorrect, this fact cannot be completely verified at this time.
The reader has to suspect that the entire cover-up has something to do with the attempted sale of the company and other fund raising efforts by Plasmerg/Dr. Rohner and maybe PESN. Dr. Rohner had become quite panicky as May 19th approached, offering numerous fantastic buy-it-now deals to capture funds before the publication. PESN in their latest article was also seen to be desperately promoting and soliciting funds for Plasmerg. Is there a connection? We can only hope this has nothing to do with the tight financial situation PESN finds itself in.
Plasmerg and Dr. Rohner’s house of cards may be collapsing even now as a new contract lawsuit 4:2011cv00239 has been filed in the Iowa Southern District Court. Be aware and be cautious.

Ladies and gentlemen in the center ring we present the jealous animal named BOB ROHNER.
Bob has been attacking any person, entity or company that might try to get this technology to market since he “founded” CEI while still an employee of Papp International, See his Resume on http://www.rohnerengineering.com. While your there have a look at mine too. Only HE thinks I am a astrophysicist, My resume says no such thing. I do not have a degree in Astrophysics as he states.
He is claiming FRAUD because he has no choice now that our patent is REAL and published.
He states that we knew since March 10, 2010 that the publication date was now. I challenge him to post that letter. He states it references the wrong provisional number. How would he know this unless he had a stolen copy of our provisional? So either he is now lying or he is, as well proven, a thief of another companies IP.
He states we have stated that we made false statements against the USPTO, untrue, and then he turns around and states that They failed to check if the patent is valid or the provisional number correct. Why would the USPTO publish if the referenced number is NOT. He evidently believes they are unable to do their job.
As to Peswiki, they like to verify what they publish and I think that is the right way for journalism to be. Evidently Bob has a different idea as he believes anything HE says is LAW. Peswiki has done a stellar job and continues to.
In a provisional, as a filler, I used pictures of the OLD Papp Engine. I was given these to publish by Bob. Now he says I used these to prove something. A simple look at our web site and his antique Papp Engine, manufactured for Papp International, makes things easy. What did we copy? The next question you should ask is HOW would HE know what was published in OUR Provisional since it is Private? Again he must have stolen our IP to get this idea. I can guarantee you we would not give him any IP as he would copy and steal it as he has the Papp Engine from Papp International. Which he now calls his.
As to us being sued by a creditor, we are. We borrowed money and could not get it repaid on time. Nothing unusual or even news worthy. I have invested all my money and I could not raise it to repay it. As to the sale of the company we have not done that but we have made some changes and we now have good solid investors to get to licensing and production. For a man that says he has a MBA he seems to not understand simple business. But, maybe that is why every business, including a very lucrative family business, has been run out of business by him and his wife.
So his reporting of FRAUD is simply another Lie, or as I call it Bob Speak (BS).

2)The patent application is not assigned to an examiner before publication. The application is simply correct in form and published. No judgement beyond form has even been considered. perhaps Dr. Rohner expects the Patent Office to write his patent for him.

4)Peswiki has not to date verified a single fact presented by Plasmerg. This is a clear statement since Plasmerg has yet to verify a single statement they have made.
5)On a current blog, Dr. Rohner brags about owning homes in Keota, South English, and is preparing to purchase one in Las Vegas. Meanwhile he has not paid his creditors. Classic fraud.
6)Bob Rohner is not the topic of or to our knowledge a party to the blossoming fraud. Neither is his wife or their ability to run a business relevant to the topic. It is Dr. Rohner’s habit to try and misdirect attention away from the facts being presented.

1) Dr. John Rohner should get a new patent attorney. Fourteen months after the USPTO notice, he claims he still did not know of the publication date. Contrary to what he writes, he did not say he was unaware of the publication until confronted with the evidence which he himself demanded to see.
2) Dr. Rohner used the lack of patent publication as an excuse not to verify a single one of his claims although he knew the publication date and continued to use this excuse after the patent was published. Now Dr. Rohner claims it was for security. Which is real and which is fraudulent. If the publication was unknown, there would be no point in attempting to use it in either manner.
3) Dr. Rohner considers it good business to purchase new homes with company funds without settling legitimate debts. The current lawsuit facing his company for $300,000 was demanded ninety days ago at 9%. Considering court and legal cost, his inaction will probably cost his company another $50,000. It is our belief that this may have been a major factor in his desperation attempt to sell his business while hiding the publication of an obviously weak patent.

Maybe I am misreading. Dr Rohner is generally discussing Patent Publication, The actual patent issuance is at least a year or more away. First he need to be appointed an examiner. Dr. Rohner has made many claims about his discussions with the USPTO and his examiner, unfortunately, none of them are true. Our patent lawyer’s at Nyemaster Goode will also be filing many notices and correction on Brett Trout.
It appears your following statements say patent and perhaps you have been misled.

We have seen the patent and realize Dr. Rohner has no idea of what is going on. However, we will not sit idly by why Dr. Rohner continues to attack and libel on hundreds of web sites.
I have no doubt that you are another innocent party that Dr. Rohner has bamboozled. If you will discuss why you refused to view our test items; why you allowed Dr. Rohner to call our equipment and testing fraudulent without comment; why you modified history articles to Dr. Rohner’s benefit; and why the publication placed on your news site was not posted then I will delete this article. The above referenced news article states only that the provisional application number is strangely incorrect. No where does it blame the USPTO as you are now claiming. The error was after all made by the applicant. This type of error along with numerous others can only be described as strange.
How do we know this? The explanation is basically quite simple, it involves reading your own patent and verifying its contents.

The only way the number can be wrong in a USPTO publication is if they misprinted it. When you say it is wrong it is the responsibility of the USPTO to verify and get it right and you stated they did not. The USPTO is publishing your application, not theirs. Simple sense should tell anyone of intelligence that the USPTO does not write your patent for you.
Dr. Rohner’s patent application as written says “[0001] This patent application claims priority to U.S. Provisional Patent Application Sen No. 60/412,230 filed Nov. 19,2008.” The number is just plain wrong. No amount of blame, bluster,or finger pointing will change this fact.
Despite Dr. Rohner’s claims of a fictitious examiner, after a REAL examiner is appointed the error will be discovered along with all the others they have made. Then,Dr. Rohner,not the USPTO will be asked to make the corrections.

As it stands now there are several, 2 with my MIT friends, 1 with my Il friends, another with another friend and well known physicist, and several more. Some have been converted some are coming up for conversion. As you know all of these persons are under NDA and all wish secrecy from you until the patent is done and we have legal barriers against your harassment, as you have done to others, etc, for 3 years now. They have confirmed what several patent attorneys also have. Your a nut case without any real info. There is no mechanism for searching or printing Provisional patents. The USPTO did tell me where and how you got what you edited and posted.
SO BIG REAR END show some proof that there is no provisional with that number. FYI the creator of a provisional does not have to show it to anyone except the examiner, so forget the it was published BS.

Please note that we have never ever claimed to know the correct number of your provisional patent. Never, Never, Never.
There are two quite simple methods of verifying that your provisional number is incorrect:
The first involves going to http://www.uspto.gov/patents/process/search/filingyr.jsp and noting on the table that provisional applications 60/4—- apply to the years 2002 & 2003.
The second is to simply google U.S. Provisional Patent Application Ser. No. 60/412,230.
May we have the phone number and agents name at the USPTO office you called so that we can finally verify at least one thing you have claimed in your previous responses.
The actions or ethics of Dr. Rohner’s business associates have never been questioned. What they filed when and what they think are of no consequence. There are no legal barriers against Bob Rohner unless perhaps they are top secret which would defeat the purpose of having them.

The whole point of the story was to show the reader a clear path to possible fraud by Dr. Rohner,a convicted felon who claims to have a top secret PhD from MIT.
Dr. Rohner responded with misdirection and lies while actually presenting no facts. His responses served only to portray the good doctor as not only fraudulent but stupid. For those who doubt this statement, please reread his comments above.
Dr. Rohner’s questions and relevant comments were responded to completely and promptly by us. Despite all his claims, we have shown that we had every legal right to every bit of information we presented.
As a final note, Dr. Rohner claims above that: “I nor anyone mentioned the examiner so what is your point?” But eighteen months ago we read “On Nov. 19, 2009, John Rohner of PlasmERG Inc. announced that their patent has been accepted ….. The patent has been peer and examiner reviewed, and is expected to be awarded in a couple of months.” It should be obvious to the reader that once again Dr. Rohner is not telling the truth.
As there is nothing left unanswered on our part and Dr. Rohner continues to provide only pointless dribble, we see no sense in continuing and will proceed no further.

The following is a representation and presentation to the readers that Dr. Rohner is apparently incapable of telling the truth preferring instead to tell malicious and unsubstantiated stories.
We ask Dr. John to reply to any of the following questions regarding the accusations made in his last entry above.
1) Where do we say: “you are accusing PlasmERG, Their legal staff, Peswiki and the USPTO of making a fraudulent filing.”
2) Where do we say we have a listing of the “Provisional patent numbers and subjects assigned to PlasmERG”?
3) Dr.Rohner’s patent application claims a priority provisional application number of 60/412,230 filed Nov. 19,2008. Is this
number correct or is it wrong?
4) Regarding CEI, you state:”We know they got millions”. Who is we and how do you know?
5) Regarding Bob Rohner’s resume, you claim “I took it from a package you sent out to an investor to scam”. How did you obtain the package? Who was the investor? Were other resumes included? Was the investor scammed?
6)You have promised to provide an e-mail copy of Bob’s resume, may we have this copy in it’s entirety including “someone’s” name?
7)Provide the blog name and quote where it states “that you (Bob) worked for Papp international with Joe”
8)Bob has explained that he was mistaken in his use of the Papp International name. His initial work was with Engle Enterprises who had full rights to the technology and who granted these same rights to Bob and Tom Rohner. Beyond this the history is extremely complex involving over 17 companies all with claims to the patent and technology rights. Hardly a topic for his or anyone’s resume. Please provide us with any contracts, NDA’s, agreements or other items which in any way binds or obligates Bob or Tom, their equipment or their technology to Papp International?
9)As the Plasmerg patent application is essentially a word for word copy of the Papp International patent,and you claim to have developed the controller for Papp International in 1982, please furnish us with any signed agreement you have with Papp International that would differentiate and absolve Plasmerg and yourself from being in the same purported situation you assign to the Rohner Group.
10) On Dr.Rohner numerous corporate websites, he flatly states that the Rohner Group is using stolen P.I. property. Mr. Henry Ortman, the last president of P.I.has been dead for some time. The company has been dissolved for lack of tax payments since 1996. The patent rights and equipment were sold elsewhere by the IRS. The patent itself expired in 2004. Would you please tell us Dr. Rohner, who at Papp International has authorized you to make these claims on their behalf and why they would not defend themselves directly if the claims were in any way true?
10)Please verify in any manner possible that “I am sure you remember the $50K you got from all 5″.
12) On a legal document, your resume, furnished to CEI by Dr. John Rohner and subsequently to their prospective investors, Dr. John stated that he had a BS and MSEE from MIT. Is this correct or not? We have the original documents. Be careful with your reply.

As to my legal document, my resume, I can to anyone I wish prove every bit of it. That is more that you can say. You worked for Papp International, as it states on your “legal document” resume, from the same package you got mine, for years past their demise. When you actually left them in 1989 when Papp died and you got together with Hienz. That is fact.
You founded CEI and that is fact. You are still listed on their Board and Founders list and the scams you were involved in, as shown on http://www.rohnerengineering.com was for their benefit as you never had a company until Tom made one.
You need to go and re read the allegations of THIS YOUR NEWS STORY. YOU allege that I, and My patent attorney and Sterling and the US Patent Office (USPTO) conspired to publish a fraudulent document and thus a fraudulent Patent. Dr.John Rohner has now been proven to be a fraud by Sterling Allen, by his associate Ken Rauen and by his own words. It now appears that he not only lied about having working engines but lied about the technology he supposedly created or owned.

The fraud has been proven even to the extent that Dr. Rohner’s own wife appears to have ratted him out stating that she thought Dr. Rohners lies were necessary to get the exposure he needed: “It is too bad that John created all this public exposure. As Connie thanked me for pointing it out, he needed initial exposure to get going.”
Sterling Allen only fault appears to being gullible and believing what ever Dr. Rohner said without question. I will be retracting any statements calling him a fraud and sending him my personal apologies. Regarding his comments that Dr. Rohner seemed so real, I can only say Sterling, you can only be a great con-man by being believable.
