Lower Neon Voltages noted with Alternator Resonant Circuits

~~A little off topic here as a reply but I also noticed that smaller 4 inch neon bulbs would show quite a lower voltage across them when inputed at 465 hz from my 3 phase car alternator circuits that employ series resonance to achieve voltage rise. However I do not think that the frequency being almost 8 times higher then a 60 hz source is responsible for these effects, where normally a 60hz NST will show~ 500 volts after ignition with these bulbs, but here they show only ~129 volts. Rather I think it is an issue of impedance matching between the source of emf and the load. The actual line connected circuits to the 3 phase source use Radio Shack MegaCable speaker wire spirals that have the highest possible mutual inductance between them as elements of each phase which is split into three sections in series, then diagonally spiraled around each other.  Ordinarily this practice would decrease the inductive reactance of each phase by the influence of mutual inductance between phasings, so to instead increase the reactance the middle segment of each stack is wired oppositely; making for a situation where the 6 interior planes have magnetic opposition of compression for 5/6ths of the cycle time, which then creates 6 magnetic expansions on the outside poles of the assembly. The reactance of each phase is increased 30% by this unheard of practice of making mutual inductance between phasings, and is further completed as a primary system by giving each phase an equal capacitive reactance in series so they become series resonant. Then finally to create the voltage necessary to ignite the neon; 12 lb, 23 gauge coil secondar(ies) @ ~2.4 H are placed atop the primary construction which when paralleled with 50 nf capacitors yields a further q factor and voltage rise near 10. An earlier video from 3 1/2 years ago shows these secondaries atop and bottom such a single three phase stack employing interior magnetic compression by polarity reversal of the middle phase.

 In a different method to light the neon using a 44/1 step up ferromagnetic transformer attached by induction to the 9 coil system the voltage across the neon was around 100 volts higher, (5 volts input *44) leading credence to the impedance matching hypothesis being responsible for these phenomenally low neon operating voltages. I have not yet simply attached the 44/1 transformer to a single phase of the alternator to see if it yields a different operating voltage then what has been formerly observed in these two former cases. I would imagine the neon would then need to be “current limited” or externally ballasted.
