The move to digital broadcasting has revolutionized the alternative media.  Beginning with Alex Jones, one of the godfather’s of internet broadcasting, the expansion of technology and the ability for news to break instantly from anyone with a smart phone has led many organizations such as Glen Beck and Russia Today to become some of the fastest growing sources for news in the world.
