Prince Was a Fan of David Icke, Infowars

Popular conspiracy theorist David Icke described Prince as someone so extraordinary, the world could not fully understand him.

Out of nowhere, Icke received an invitation back in 2007 to meet Prince at one of his shows at the 02 Arena in London.

“It turned out he had read some of my books and wanted to talk to me,” Icke said in a video report.

He didn’t disclose exactly what Prince said. But he did say Prince was interested in exploring ideas about how the world really works.

 “It was clear in talking to him that he had realized that the world is not controlled by the forces people are told are in control, like politicians and the usual cover story that we’re given about how the world is run and to what end,” said Icke.

Talk show host Alex Jones said on his Friday broadcast that Prince was also a listener and turned to Infowars.com for information.

“It was obvious Prince knew what was going on,” Jones said.  “Years ago, he’d go on TV and talk about world government, private Federal Reserve, we’re all slaves, New World Order, geo-engineering, chem-trailing. By the way, Merle Haggard also just died a few weeks ago, as you know. And he complained about chemtrails.”

In addition, Prince was  outspoken being treated poorly by the music industry and not owning the master rights to his own creations. His comments have led some to question if he was murdered. Michael Jackson, who also met an untimely death, had warned that the power structure behind the record companies would probably kill him. 

Most of Icke’s 20-minute video was a tribute to Prince’s exceptional talent and creativity. In addition to being a singer, songwriter, and record producer, Prince played an astounding 27 musical instruments.

Icke said he was stunned at what he experienced during the concert.

“There was no point at when the music stopped,” said Icke. “It was music from the moment it started and right to the end. And it was different kinds of music…The transitions were not just seamless they were almost non-existent. It was just and extraordinary thing to witness.”

The realization hit that what he was watching was not of this world.

 “As I was watching that amazing event, it was clear that Prince was not just making music, he was the music and the music was him,” said Icke. “He was tuned into something beyond this reality.”

He said he admired Prince because he took risks and didn’t care if people thought he was different or strange.

“Those who danced were thought to be quite insane by those who could not hear the music,” Icke said. “And I see this all the time in this world of normal.”

Prince was beyond normal,  he said.

“When you are tuned to something beyond the norm, beyond the normal of this reality, then not only do you access genius, but you also are coming at life and looking at life from a completely different angle,” said Icke. “And ‘normal’ will see you as strange, as people saw Prince as strange. But what is normal, really? Normal is only what people ‘normally’ experience. That’s all it is.

“Normal doesn’t understand different.”

Icke said people have asked him where he believes Prince is now.  He takes it beyond the idea that someone’s music, ideas or art lives on forever.

“Prince, not the body, but the consciousness, the awareness, the eternal uniqueness, is where he was when he was quote, ‘here,’ ” Icke said. “Because we confuse the body with consciousness. That level of consciousness that he was tapping into, that brought this fantastic music into manifestation, that’s where he was then. And that’s where he – the consciousness – will be now.”
