Zombie Apocalypse Coming? Yes! It Is in the Bible

A type of Zombie Apocalypse event is in the Bible and one could say it’s far worse than on TV— because in the Bible, you can’t chop off heads in an effort to stop them. Ok, so I’m being a little dramatic but there is truth to what I’m saying. In the Book of Revelation, Chapter 9, it talks about the fifth angel sounding his trumpet and locusts coming out of some smoke from the bottomless pit. These locust head out and sting people who do not have the “seal of God in their forehead.” When the people are stung by the locust, they are tormented for five months! The Bible also says that those who are stung will “seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.”

So here we have tormented people during this time, that for five months, will try to kill themselves (shoot themselves, jump off buildings, hang themselves, asking others to help end their misery etc…) and…..they will not be able to die!? If I am reading this correctly—this is like a Zombie Apocalypse. Imagine living in this time and walking by someone on the sidewalk who just jumped from a building and cannot die but also cannot get up. Or others who have tried to end their torment with a gun or by train track and death flees them. Doesn’t this remind you of a type of Zombie Apocalypse? I would be shocked and confused  if I saw people who tried to kill themselves in different ways but cannot die.  They would be to us as Zombies! The Bible says this will last for five months and it will be like no other time in the history of the world. 

What is really heart breaking is that when this time comes, so many will not give glory to the God of the Bible and believe in Jesus. They will curse God and still choose to reject him. Please see attached  below Revelation 9. A Zombie Apocalypse is coming and guess what? Hollywood or an individual did not make it up….it was in the Bible first and it will come to pass. Believe in Jesus and that he came to save you and give you the best life on Earth as well as eternal life in Heaven. 

Revelation 9:

1 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.

2 And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.

3 And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.

4 And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.

5 And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.

6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.

7 And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men.

8 And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.

9 And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle.

10 And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months.

11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.
