Why Are Night Shining Clouds Increasing?
First spotted in 1885, silvery blue clouds sometimes hover in the night sky near the poles, appearing to give off their own glowing light. Known as noctilucent clouds, this phenomenon began to be sighted at lower and lower latitudes — between the 40th and 50th parallel — during the 20th century, causing scientists to wonder if the region these clouds inhabit had indeed changed — information that would tie in with understanding the weather and climate of all Earth.

A NASA mission called Aeronomy of Ice in the Mesosphere, or AIM, was launched in 2007 to observe noctilucent clouds, but it currently only has a view of the clouds near the poles. Now scientists have gathered information from several other missions, past and present, and combined it with computer simulations to systematically show that the presence of these bright shining clouds have indeed increased in areas between 40 and 50 degrees north latitude, a region which covers the northern third of the United Sates and the lowest parts of Canada. The research was published online in the Journal of Geophysical Research: Atmospheres on March 18, 2014.
NASA’s Aeronomy of Ice in the Mesosphere, or AIM, mission captured this image of noctilucent clouds over the poles in 2010. By compiling data from several missions at once, researchers have now created a record of the clouds at lower latitudes as well.

Thank you dimitri for pointing out that these clouds are plasma! I feel that this is very important for understanding them, at least a little. There is a lower altitude phenomenon of these same clouds doing similar things, they are plasma. I saw these clouds all day today and I live in North-central California. They use this to make a 2HO torch with colloidal metal in it. They send an electrical charge through it and it creates a blue flame which does not burn or heat skin, but will almost instantly heat to the burning temperature of metals it is put to. There is heavy metals within chemtrails, the trails with added materials in them that many planes spray. These low elevation clouds I have seen which are like Noctilucent clouds move within these chemtrails and start to “burn them up” or break them apart. Having seen this with my own eyes, I would not be surprised if these clouds are transmuting or burning up the heavy metal and other pollutants in the chemtrails. Scientists are now saying that plasma crystals are constituted as living things. I believe that these plasma clouds are indeed living things, and if watched show it in their very movements, and they may possibly reproduce. I live in South Lake Tahoe. Have been seeing “glowing” clouds on occasion also. There has been intense high altitude spraying of some type recently. Monday and today the most recent. Nano technologies have led to the creation of weaponized “nano-particulates”, and “nano-replicators” that create copies of themselves, i.e., reproduce, by digesting biological materials and are completely autonomous. Call them “plasma crystals” if you like, but they are a non-biological lifeform. This was proposed back in the late 1990′s and the early 2000′s. It is possible that these “devices” have been released, accidentally or on purpose, and that countermeasures to combat them are all the “trails” that are sprayed that are not contrails at higher altitudes. One of the possibilities discussed by scientific experts in nanotechnology was a scenario where a runaway bloom of these devices on a global scale could cause excessive heating of the biosphere. Perhaps this is why they are so worried about “climate change”? Is it possible that weaponized nano-replicators could consume a molecular element such as Hydrogen which is part of the substance we call H20 and cause a drought in a particular area as part of warfare?

Are these “plasma crystals” really “diamondoid machines”? I think they are! I think they’ve been experimenting with them for quite some time! The problem lies in the fact that these non-biological entities consume biological materials in order to reproduce! Efforts to control their reproduction were planned years ago, and are ongoing. In the most extreme case, a nuclear explosion or a non-nuclear technology is the only way to stop an “outbreak” of significant proportions!

These Noctilucent clouds can burn up heavy metal particles found in the chemtrails we spray. Water vapor, meteorite (metal) dust particles plus an electric charge in the atmosphere makes the same energy found in the blacklight torch, a water vapor torch with metal dust in it which wont burn skin but will melt the metal it is put to. These clouds are capable of doing the same thing and numerous people have seen and taken photos of these clouds “burning up” these chemtrails. Independent groups have flown planes into these chemtrails from airliners and found heavy metal and other substances in them. Would explain why these clouds are seen entering into chemtrails. 99% of these noctilucent clouds are an invisible energy and 1% a visible body of probably hydrogen, oxygen and these meteorite dust particles. They reflect a huge amount of information and can accumulate or dissipate extra oxygen and hydrogen as they need it. Noctilucent clouds have increased and so have meteor fireball/bolide events. Since meteor dust contributes to noctilucent cloud formation, the increase of bolides would mean an increase in high altitude clouds at the poles. If the noctilucent clouds are cooling the atmosphere where they form they are probably reflecting some of what little solar energy that gets there back out into space. The Earth cools a little.
Another thing that causes clouds is a decrease in the solar magnetic field strength. That would let in more cosmic rays into the inner solar system. Much like meteor dust, in the wake of the passage of a high-energy particle through our atmosphere, nucleation sites for moisture form. Ergo, more high-altitude clouds are produced and more solar energy is reflected away into space. The Earth cools even more.
Now, it seems possible that a repeating cycle of heavy meteor showers and heavy cosmic ray increases due to a magnetically weak Sun might converge and help create a sustained cooling trend in the climate. Could that eventually lead to the next ice age and is that what is happening now?
Chemtrails activated by HAARP
Am beginning to understand the complexities of how nanotech weapons are being used. Calling the non-biological “stuff” being sprayed into the atmosphere a “chemical” is not the correct way to identify these non-replicating and replicating nano-particulates. Molecular manufacturing is allowing for the creation of molecular scale weapons that can bypass the blood-brain barrier and cause decreased brain functions, or as has been suggested by scientists involved in this “industry”, the ability to take over a persons thought processes. The Center for Responsible Nanotechnology, or CRN, has numerous “scenarios” available that discuss the possible (and I think its already going on) use of nano-particulates as weapons. A recent post on this website shows a small “orb” apparently “shooting” at something located within what was described as a “chemtrail”! Is it possible that these “orbs”, which I’ve personally seen in Nevada, are small defensive devices being used to track, locate, and destroy nano-replicators? Have noticed that the CRN articles consistently claim that “other” nations and lesser “states” are the culprits in the creation and use of these weaponized technologies but, the NATO military alliance/complex certainly is not unaware of the capabilities of these types of weapons. Have also noted that the West, specifically those involved in the “scientific community” developing nanotechnologies, displays a “superiority complex”, like they hold the “ethical” and “moral” high ground when it comes to the development and use of these types of weapons on “lesser states”. Just some observations.

The above website and article deals with the “dangers” of molecular manufacturing. These people involved in the creation of this technology seem to think that the “benefits” will outweigh the “dangers”, but I have to disagree based on my understanding of carnal human nature, which is prone to corruption and sublimation. Molecular manufacturing will allow for (and I think has allowed for) the creation of molecular “devices” to be used as weapons. Just imagine how this technology, in the hands of those who run the military/scientific/industrial complex of today, are using this technology to conduct High Tech Asymmetric Warfare!
