Weather Modification by the Elite

Several States experienced unusually unnatural weather in the past week with considerably low temperatures. While we have had these cold fronts before, southern States reported temperatures in the 20s even in the teens that have been characteristic of the Northeast.

Upstate NY (Capital Region, excluding the mountains) went to a usual 9 degrees. However, places in Virginia reached 11, North Carolina hit 6 degrees, South Carolina in the low teens, and Florida came in between 39 and even as low as the 20s. We wonder if this resulted from natural “Climate Change” or something to do with tampering of weather by Elite programs.

First off, there is no such threat as “Climate Change” as a natural emergency. It is a political stunt for an agenda. Weather has a tendency to run in cycles. An agenda started in the 1970s warning of “Global Cooling” that ran on news media and taught in education classes. The theory was that the trend indicated the earth would cool to freezing conditions, perhaps even causing an Ice Age in 10 years.

Of course that didn’t happen. So the narrative picked up on a trend of warming and in the 1980s alerted of a “Global Warming.” This opposite agenda eventually superseded the first scare and everyone forgot the previous warning. We were told of greenhouse dangers, depletion of the ozone, and that the earth would warm to distinction in…. again, 10 years.

However, in some time we discovered the earth cycling warm AND cooling periods. A scheduled Global Warming conference in 2007 canceled due to an ice storm and extremely frigid conditions. That was explained by these propagandist geniuses as a cold snap due to warming and a polar vortex. The trusted sources could state anything to explain it and their loyal followers believe it.

After that failed to sell, they swiftly redirected the narrative by calling it “Climate Change.” That way whichever way the weather shifted supported the agenda. How convenient. Again the same “10 year” warning tagged the agenda. We are now past the 10 year mark, but people haven’t caught on. Instead several countries tried to promote a criminal act on anti-Climate Change agenda whistleblowers.

Man-made Tampering

While weather can do peculiar things, we have to wonder if man has contributed to these extreme changes. Like the Climate Change propagandists accuse, those suspicious of government research can also accuse. We are not blaming the natural use of environment, like breathing, as the cause as they do. Nor thinking industry has totally been to blame. But we DO suspect man IS tampering with nature and may contribute to the cause.

Weather modification techniques have been involved in studying, interfering, and tampering with nature for decades (perhaps even centuries). Projects issued by government contractors can easily be proven to have been testing nature and interfering with it.

Just in the 20th century such programs can be sited:

• Project Cirrus (1940s)
• Project Skyfire (1960)
• Project Stormfury (1960s)
• Project Popeye (1960s used for biowarfare in Viet Nam)

Several methods are used such as cloud-seeding, throwing moisture into the atmosphere from the ground, aerosol chemtrails, ELF (extremely low frequencies) waves, and using satellites. A program called HAARP, an installation in Alaska, has been suspected in doing such experiments, though has been denied. The facility was closed in recent years, only to be picked up by DARPA.

Several hundreds of patents have been entered into the patent office to do with tampering devices from cloud seeding mechanisms, to moisture and rain generators, to aerosol devices put on airplanes (that are denied of course). Even ones to correct the problems caused.

The government has justified atmoshperic tampering by claiming it necessary to benefit the environment in seeding clouds to prevent extreme weather, to induce rain in drought, to decrease the intensity of hurricanes, and to assist the ozone. Not taking into account nature has its own way of dealing with these, and reasons for such, man’s interference disrupts nature. When disruption occurs in one place, another is affected. It ripples to the whole.

The techniques have been used for bio-warfare. The Geneva Convention had since banned weather modification for warfare. However, this does NOT prohibit use of these techniques to study conditions and use for experimental purposes. If stated as such, it is exempt from prohibition.

The Elite themselves do not get involved in doing these techniques. It is not like the Rothschilds or Rockefellers sit in a lab and invent these things. Bill Gates does not pilot a plane to spread chemtrails. So directly these guys do not do it themselves. But the Elite know these projects control and that is their game. They can employ scientists to conduct experiments, they can fund programs to arrange such experiments, and their influence encourages activity. They own corporations that contribute to the projects.

Why? Perhaps for control over nature to be as gods. Perhaps as a smack in the face against God to disrupt His creation. Maybe to set up against the coming destruction of the earth when Jesus Christ returns. Either way it is diabolical for man to tamper that deeply with nature. Maybe it is the cause of new deadly viruses that otherwise would not pose a threat to mankind. Our immune system has been compromised by man’s tampering with foods modifying them to better production, while it degrades their nutritional value.

Man has to stop tampering with the environment. Point the finger where it is and stop blaming an agenda like Climate Change that requires man to correct his own mistakes.
