Final Tory Shock As Uxbridge Won By Illegal Immigrant To House Of Commons

MIDDLEWEIGHT US CITIZEN WITH SHADY TURKISH PAST EVADES BORDER CONTROLS TO TAKE SEAT IN COMMONS

Mayor of London Boris Johnson has landed himself a day job, by winning a west London seat for the Conservatives in the general election. Johnson (who is also Buttock-Placer General on the results of the Elm House Met Police  Enquiry) won with 22,511 votes to take one of the safest Tory seats in Britain, Uxbridge and South Ruislip.

So now, above all times, is the moment to ask the opportune question: is a Mayor of London allowed to be MP for Uxbridge….whose interests he must now serve, while at the same time as serving the interests of every appalling thing from Tim Yeo via water cannon manufacturers to HSBC, Bob Diamond, Rupee Turdcock and the millions of poor buggers who live in the Metropolis who do not reside, as such, in Uxbridge?

The following words from the Electoral Commission website clearly show that no MP can also be a Police and Crime Commissioner: (my emphases)

‘1.5 Members of the House of Commons, the Scottish Parliament, the National Assembly for Wales, the Northern Ireland Assembly or the European Parliament may stand for election as a Police and Crime Commissioner. If they are elected, however, they must resign their seat before taking up the post. Equally, if a Police and Crime Commissioner becomes a member of the House of Commons, the Scottish Parliament, the National Assembly for Wales, the Northern Ireland Assembly or the European Parliament, they are automatically disqualified from holding office as Police and Crime Commissioner’.

The GLA site in turn makes it crystal clear that as London Mayor, Boris the Blond Turk is the de jure police and crime commisioner:

‘The Mayor’s Office for Policing And Crime (MOPAC) is the strategic oversight body which sets the direction and budget for the Metropolitan Police Service on behalf of the Mayor. It ensures the Metropolitan Police Service is run efficiently and effectively and holds it, and other criminal justice services, to account on behalf of Londoners’

So then – good gracious me – what will BoJo do?

Well, when asked if there are rules against being an MP and mayor at the same time, Doris Jobsdone replied:

“I don’t know what the rules say, in fact I don’t think there are any rules”.

Doh..wrong!

An interesting poser for David Cameron, this one. Is he confident enough to give Boris Johnson an ultimatum – your seat or your City? And if not, who will crowdsource a serious case against Benito Borisconi?
