4. Staff Union Files Legal Challenge Against Western University’s Vaccine Policy

The University of Western Ontario Staff Association (UWOSA) has filed a policy grievance to challenge Western University’s COVID-19 vaccination policy, saying that the mandatory three-dose requirement is both a violation of the collective agreement and the province’s human rights law.

“UWOSA acknowledges that the current policy is unreasonable for our members and is a breach of our Collective Agreement as well as The Ontario Human Rights Code,” the staff union said in a Sept. 9 statement.

The London, Ont., university announced in its updated vaccination policy on Aug. 22, that all individuals on campus, including students, employees, and certain visitors of the university, must receive a primary series of vaccines and an additional booster by Oct. 1, 2022, and provide proof of vaccination. A primary series refers to one or two doses of a Health Canada-approved vaccine, or a combination of such injections.

The rapid FDA approval of the new booster jabs based on surrogate antibody data from 8 mice only (and no clinical trial data) LINKED to the lack of transparency and quality control of batches of Covid jabs (where 2% of batches are responsible for 90% of deaths) means that the manufacturers are free to modify the mRNA composition and potency at will without any pushback.

Today and some of yesterday I have been in calls and recordings of panels of doctors and embalmers dealing with the issue of blood clots around the use of gene-therapy shots for Covid.

I must say, the gravity of the situation is massive. It is frankly, incomprehensible.

Also, when one looks at certain leaders and their unprecedented actions, its hard not to believe they always knew what we are coming to know now. In fact, we know they know. And we also know that they know we are starting to figure it out.

When Justin Trudeau was first elected in October of 2015, one of the first things he did was appropriate millions upon millions to “renovate” 24 Sussex Dr. This is the official residence of the Prime Minister of Canada. On many many checks of the location I have yet to see any sign of construction. He did however move into the Governor General’s compound more or less across the street from the official residence of the PM. He then fortified the area of the compound, a lot. New fences and security devices everywhere. One has to wonder why he broke with all Canada’s traditions and built a special compound away from the official residence and fortified it so much. Renovating a house, even a big one doesn’t take 7 years. And I asked several contractors that do work of that calibre and none of them said it would take as much as Trudeau initially stole appropriated for the job. According to CTV, Almost $37M.

It is almost like he knew at some point, people would be mad at him.
