Then a contract to be a company is voidable and the USA is also a misrepresentation as a false statement of a material fact made by one party which affects the other party’s decision in agreeing to a contract. The people as shareholders did not even know of their situation or any contract of this kind and the whole process to establish a contract is then based on fraud and deception and swindling. Where are the documentation kept of licenses ? Were the people allowed to see the documentation if kept in the vaults of the Israeli government and who signed the documents and where does the law of 70 years limit come from??.
