Once a corporation is formed, it is a legal entity that exists separately from its owners. This means that it has its own name, tax ID number, and legal rights and obligations as a corporate structure. Israel is bankrupt. When you are in that status you have zero contract rights.

I have much pleasure in conveying to you, on behalf of His Majesty’s Government, the following declaration of sympathy with Jewish Zionist aspirations which has been submitted to, and approved by, the Cabinet. But then this “company” is a fraudulent representation pretending to be a STATE OF ISRAEL (that applies to the USA also where the constitution was adapted to be a company). Then a contract to be a company is voidable and the USA is also a misrepresentation as a false statement of a material fact made by one party which affects the other party’s decision in agreeing to a contract. The people as shareholders did not even know of their situation or any contract of this kind and the whole process to establish a contract is then based on fraud and deception and swindling. Where are the documentation kept of licenses ? Were the people allowed to see the documentation if kept in the vaults of the Israeli government and who signed the documents and where does the law of 70 years limit come from??.
