OONUCs Hammering on the fragile door of Liberty

The two key jobs for government in a functioning free society are first, to protect the citizens from all genuine threats to their survival from foreign tyranny, poor health, and extended periods of unemployment; and second, to educate and inform every citizen as the best way to maximise their development as job seekers, professional leaders and practical leaders in the Civic space.

In a nutshell, Western sovereign nations have lost the power that must exist solely under elected legislative control, such that the above Libertarian Democratic goals can thrive and remain answerable to the Rule of Laws passed solely by the elected legislatures.

The loss of such Sovereign control has consequences that are there for even the most ordinary of citizens to discern – that is, a shift of power away from politicians and lawmakers towards malign pressure groups who see themselves as “too important to have to answer to the Sovereign”.

I have christened these people the OONUCs – those me-first folks who, in their service practices, are out of control, and – in the actions they formulate to corrupt the legislative process, are Not Under Control by the laws of the land.

I identify ten groups who come under this heading in most US, UK, EU and African states:

1. The US banking system is out of control: that’s why the US National Debt has soared to $34 trillion.

2. Bourse ‘stock exchange’ investment house power is out of control: that’s why just six giant, privately-owned giants have an income between them higher than the UK and the EU combined. They manage over 93% of the investment in US and global media hubs. They call all the shots, working closely with the unelected/surveillance State to ensure that no President since 1963 has had the Executive power to put civics back where they belong….in the Congress, investigated closely by an MSM set free to call out any and all unconstitutional crimes without fear or favour.

3.Track and trace domestic spying technology/digitalisationis out of control. It is in and of itself illegal without FBI/POTUS sign-off. That’s why vote-rigging in 2020 got Biden into the White House; and while President, Trump had in excess of 23 covert operations by the CIA and the Pentagon kept from him. Silicon Valley has become so vital to Secret State psy-ops, it can now be relied upon to protect every last element of the Deep State: as I insist until I’m sick of doing so, if someone gave my name to The Firm as a social commentator, the CIA could tell you within 7.8 seconds what country I’m in, who I’m talking to and what we’re talking about.

4. The rogue diplomats over at State are out of control.That’s why there remains an idiotic EUNATO fantasy in Brussels, Paris and Washington that the Russian Federation’s feckless neighbour The Ukraine (backed by corrupt wasted taxpayers’ money) can, with Eurozone and State Dept joint forces on Russian soil, defeat Vladimir Putin without a tactical nuclear exchange….in which space, the Russians excel.

5. The mRNA liars and militarily weaponised pharma players from Fauci downwards [or upwards, depending on your height] are out of control. Fewer and fewer citizens in every major country trust the idea that governments, doctors and pharma suppliers in any sense at all have a common calling: for they do not. That’s why Global Pharma sells stuff it wants to render you addicted to palliatives; while Doctors and pharmacists want to sell you what they’ve got in stock.

OK, real cures like the anti-Malaria drug Malarone seem to be on the way, but they’re way beyond affordability for 99% of Africans. In each pack of it, you’ll find “strictly restricted solely to sales via a prescription”. But anyone with half a brain knows that sub-Saharan Africa has few or no GPs who might write prescriptions in the first place.

The more cynically influenced side of my satirical nature does (I must confess) like trying-too-hard leaflet crap promising that a drug is “strictly restricted solely to sales via a prescription”.

It works well with the Gambian insistence that one’s taxi is “on dee way cummin”, but piling on the “strictly restricted solely” promise to a level you know simply doesn’t exist is never a good idea.

6. The Climate Change lobby is out of control. That’s why silly people who don’t value the empirical information available get so easily convinced that Planet Earth faces an existential emergency. Such over-claiming is what scares citizens and allows [ironically] uncontrolled fear-mongering to get more control over public opinion, using climate change as the rationale for unnecessary restriction of movement.

What all these power-centres and pressure groups do, in fact, is to use distractive sub-plots to award themselves Demigod status above the rest of us. There are lots of US, EU and British examples…. but here in a little more detail is another one manufactured from such solid brass-neck arrogance, it is almost impossible not to enjoy a belly-laugh at its expense.

7. The Artificial intelligence community is out of control. That’s why its pretentiously dubious professional body has felt able to chisel away at yet more plastic statues where our one-time assumed civil rights used to be. This specific bit of half-baked lobbying has to be read to be believed.

The Chartered Institute for Artificial Intelligence wishes us to recognise that its membership is concerned about ‘…The influence of AI deepfakes on the UK General Election…it is a concern for most tech experts, according to a new survey.

Some 65% of IT professionals polled said they feared AI generated fakes would affect the result – and are calling for technical and policy solutions.

You couldn’t make this up. AI fake news was largely created in the first place by those rabid dogs who never present any clean data beyond that suggesting we need to have them tell us the difference between real and fake.

So, 92% of technologists said political parties should agree to publicise when and how they are using AI in their campaigns, according to the survey by BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.

The two most effective measures for limiting the democratic decay of deep-fakes will be public education and technical solutions (such as watermarking and labelling), the poll of 1200 technologists found.

A group of major tech companies signed a pact in February to adopt ‘reasonable precautions’ to prevent AI from being used to disrupt democratic elections around the world.

But only 8% of computing professionals in the BCS poll think this agreement will be effective….’

As the immortal and sadly missed Bogey might comment on that last finding above, “Well I guess that comes under the heading of “You would shay dat”. As if to prove the Bogart cynicism, we hear from the Institutes membership that

So now it’s all about free opinion in a free press during a free election, right? I’m sorry, but I think you have to be an educationally sub-normal Sun reader not to see where all this is going.

AI “professionals” are going to like the fat fees that arrive with holes in the AI fence. It’s called censorship. More important that that, they want full control over what’s defined as ‘fake’ and a good old fashioned ‘scoop’, so they can tread both into the filth beneath their feat….but not before labelling the former as completely devoid of any truth whatsoever.

This is from three days ago, so I must confess to being miles behind the music here….but the bottom line is blindingly obvious: did you see it featured anywhere? And could could you believe on seeing it that it was talking about the cradle of modern democracy?

8. The Wokeism BLM movement is out of control.That’s why – despite its importance to the Chattering Classes – it’s an issue that will be annihilated in the guilty privacy of the voting booth.

But either way, do I give three-free fifths of a monkey’s tush about what the blithering bollocks being put out by the Chartered AI barrow-boys about crude attempts by their members to deify shitheads and crush heros might or might not skew the election result?

I do not, because I know (a) most of the electorate knows sod-all about what’s really at stake, and (b) what they do know is the Starmer knee-benders will get in and the already rapid progress towards Wokeist BLM “ESG” globalism will accelerate in a manner to make most Brits even angrier than they were before.

And yet, and yet….I still cannot leave this sort of tripe from the self-heroic AI clowns behind:

But then, never forget the first rule of the New Normal: fake is true, and vice-versa.

9. The migrancy system in the UK is out of control. That’s why The provisional estimate of total long-term immigration for the latest year ending (June 2023) was a gob-smacking 1.2 million persons.

Whitehall is (as anye fule know) determined to drag us back into the EU; currently, it is the epicentre of Wokism, and would like nothing better than to be part of a globally-run World Group wherein they can correct silly mistakes that the electorate make and liaise far more closely with their chums in Paris and Brussels.

Prime Minister Sunak may talk tough about “sending the boats back” but in the context of Realpolitik, he is unable to do any such thing. He is in office, but not in Power.

10. The mandators within the “disease control” sector of UK pharmaceutical supply in both the US and UK are out of control. That’s why they were able to demand complete immunity from prosecution when they introduced their “vaccines”….the prosecution immunity being the only one they achieved, because their chemical bioweapons didn’t stop the spread of Sars Covid2, or stop the turbo-development of deadly side effects.

I cannot think of any other professional group in major nation States that has been so ruthless in its continued insistence of their vaccines’ safety – despite massive evidence to the contrary – while providing such a safe haven for the likes of Bill Gates to continue his prediction with breathtaking certainty that other viruses will develop.

Why is Gates – a software geek with some decidedly odd proclivities – involved in the sector at all? He isn’t a chemist or any kind of medical doctor. Yet he has more power than either Westminster or Washington’s Executive officers, and indeed, has been scolded several times by the US Judiciary as a tenacious monopolist.

But like all the unaccountable plonkers one comes across, the classic “say and do” separation applies: “Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning” he told the American Chamber of Commerce some years back. Bill Gates, the Great listener eh? It’s BS. Just try to get rid of his crappy software on your hardware device. Try to unpin his browser from your default panel. Microsoft isn’t an operating system, it’s a virus that flatly refuses to take “no” for an answer.

It’s probably important before closing on this subject today to be absolutely clear what the repeated phrase “out of control” really means. At its heart, what these controlling bozos represent isn’t just carelessly utilised powerful anarchy: put simply, they avoid and refuse to bow down to any authority designed to protect the populace from their totalitarian goals.

The OONUCs are nothing more or less than a gang of burglers out to steal every last one of our civil rights, bank deposits, properties, food, incomes …..and lives.

It long ago dawned upon their sub arachnoid zones [hidden behind hooded eyes] that – in terms of net worth, investment power, DemiGod status, multinational influence and macro economics, the Ten players are an authority in their own right: they have outgrown the nursery.

Perhaps it would therefore be more accurate to adopt a nomenclature using the phrase “Not Under Control” [thus, NOCs] …that is to say, there is a silent acceptance between the lines that each member is beyond the Law – chiefly because it can pay to rewrite that Law in a new form biased massively towards protecting The Top Ten seekers after immunity.

If you will, like a sort of Masonic ‘Club’, membership of which awards protectionist privileges akin to a cross between the Medieval 14^th Century Guilds and mid 20^th Century Trades Union movement…but with the addition of Hallucinogenic steroids from the late 1960s.

Their antecedents (sporters one and all of Ray Bans and severe crewcuts) shot JFK and RFK, involved LBJ in their grubby plots, neutralised Dorothy Killgallen, changed the banking laws to turn the saver into the risk-taker, made it near-impossible to get a guilty verdict for insider trading [ironic given Joe Kennedy’s track record], tampered with the Zapruder assassination footage, conspired with the Iranian hostage authorities to help Reagan get elected, blamed Dick Nixon for every element of the Watergate investigation [tricky Dicky wanted everyone involved in JFK’s murder hauled in front of the media: not only did he admire Jack, the feeling was fully returned].

But to keep the myth of Nasty Nix – whether Ben Bradlee liked it or not – the Pentagon arranged to have the liberal naval intelligence officer Bob Woodward assigned to the Watergate story, which was eventually filmed as All the President’s Men…an account of events that will go down in US history as a contrick second only to Covid19.
