The Mary Plantation Absolute Auction March 10th, 2012

Neal Auction invites you to preview the March 10th onsite Mary Plantation Absolute Auction.

Historic Mary is located in Braithwaite, Louisiana just 22 miles downriver of New Orleans. Mary is the oldest surviving structure in Plaquemines Parish.

The Main house built c. 1795,

has approx. 2,500 living sq. ft.

with an upscale modern kitchen,

3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and a 10 ft. wrap around gallery.

The Guest house with approx. 675 living sq. ft. has a living room, bedroom, kitchen & bath. Mary has been expertly restored and maintained.

The contents auction will feature items from the Collection of Antiquarian and Preservationist Blaine Murrell McBurney. Over 300 items to be sold absolute, regardless of price.

* Saturday, March 3^rd, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

* Tuesday, March 6^th – Friday, March 9^th, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Auction Schedule:

The Real Estate auction will begin at Noon. After the Real Estate auction is complete, there will be a short break then the contents auction will begin.

Exhibition and the auction will take place onsite at historic Mary Plantation.
