Is The Nov 4th EMP Drill A HAM Operator Trap?

I just came across a little tidbit of info that should put HAM operators on alert.

This upcoming drill is supposed to connect HAM operators with MARS (Military Auxilary Radio System). Now it’s not just any HAM operator that can work with MARS, they have to have an extra certification. So, are they trying to weed out the non govt certified HAM operators. Know this, in an emergency, HAM operators can get messages out without any power, or very little power. And these HAM operators know their stuff. Psst. I keep CB’s in my vehicles. Never know. 

Check this following news video out. It’s interesting how they pirate Lisa Haven and I can hear Dahboo77 voice over. But what’s interesting, is when the HAM operator says they are conducting a test that COULD take out the grid, and the reporter edits in that this is a test. Did that HAM operator say, the test could take out the grid.

You decide. The obviously serious HAM operator at 1:35 in the video says the”United States govt between the 4th and 6th is going to conduct a test that could shut down the entire United States electronic grid”
