DC Judge Denies Trump Request for Subpoenas of J6 Committee Materials

I’ll share something about the Trump legal persecution that is hiding in plain sight. The DC District court is used most exclusively for trials of political enemies and everything is ‘on the line’ in 2024 if their uni-party fails to disqualify him as a presidential candidate. They know he is unbeatable in the polls so the only chance they have is to destroy his reputation. To illustrate my point, look at the statement by Epoch Times reporter, Sam Dorman:

D.C. District Judge Tanya Chutkan has denied former President Donald Trump’s motion to subpoena records from the House of Representatives’ Jan. 6 committee, arguing that his requests are like a fishing expedition.

The House of representatives, known as the people’s House, has legal documents pertinent to Trump’s trial and is legally entitled to subpoena them.  Denying his request is the same sort of nonsense that the J6 investigation tried to pull off where there are defendants that have been held without trial for 3 + years, a clear violation of the sixth amendment. Now couple this with withholding exculpatory evidence of J6 participants and you can easily visualize the direction this gulag court is heading.. Judge Chutkan is right on queue by including inflammatory  statements in the J6 indictment.

following the same destructive path as Rep LIz Cheney did during the J6 House investigation and now the committee evidence is misplaced; well how convenient. This is a tried and true tactic for these blaggards to deny a defendant access to materials that destroy the official narrative.  “President Trump’s initial motion from Oct. 11 requested purportedly “missing materials” that the House Select Committee on Jan. 6 had allegedly failed to preserve and transfer to another congressional committee. “

Both Cheney and Chutkan know their case is lost but the uni-party will continue to proffer this nonsense until Trump can get the appeals court to overturn it. In the meantime, they will continue to drain him of financial resources and deny his motions to discredit him with the electorate.  Now you know what Lawfare’ really is.

The goal is, of course, to produce as many Trump indictments as possible, while hampering his ability to respond and as close to the 2024 election as practicable. This is how the uni-party deals with anyone that gets in the way of their one-world government.
