Nifty future has opened with gap on Friday’s trading session, I have been bullish on Nifty and bank nifty from last 2 – 3 months, yet this is another confirmation for us to be on long side only. As looking into the chart of NSE’s Nifty I found a crossover on slow stochastic indicator and this crossover is for bull traders to take long positions. Trading strategy one must follow is to buy into nifty future on every dips. For trading stocks, I would like to buy banking stocks like ICICI bank, HDFC bank, Yes bank and Kotak bank.

My trading idea: Buy Nifty future around 5300 – 5340 for positional target as 5440 and 5496 and then 5625. Stop loss must be placed below 5270 level. See the below chart of Nifty Spot and also see the crossover forming there. Article Published on 9 Sept 2012.
