As the overall market experienced a bit of pullback in last 3 days, the momentum stocks also experienced reversals and pullbacks. Which is understandable as the overall market rally is now very old rally and has shown signs of fatigue from time to time.

Lesser and lesser number of stocks are leading the upside. If you look at the Worden indicator T2108, you will see it is at 52.84. For a market making new high only 52% of stocks are above their 40 day moving average. That tells you an important tell about the market. A fresh set of buying can bump that number.
