The Daily Dab: A Quick Hit On Cannabis Stocks 01/22/14

Cannabis stocks were mixed, with 9 stocks posting above-average volume and 15 stocks trading more than $1mm:

FITX, which is presenting at Arcview’s conference this week, continued its run on increased volume.  CannaVest (CANV) busted to all-time highs on its highest volume yet.  Vape Holdings (PLPED) enjoyed another strong day after  CEO Tracey’s interview earlier this week.  Cannabis Sativa (CBDS) notched its second-highest close on increased volume.  Endexx (EDXC) extended recent gains as volume remained elevated.  GrowLife (PHOT) reversed its recent slide and was the most active name in terms of dollars traded.  Medical Marijuana, Inc. (MJNA) released preliminary data indicating that HempMedsPX had net sales in excess of $1mm, with the stock moving to its highest close since mid-August.

FusionPharm (FSPM) reversed some of its big gains as volume slowed. Mentor Capital (MNTR) gave up ground as well.  Terra Tech (TRTC) was hit early following the veto of the NJ hemp bill by Governor Christie.
