Law Reporter Wins Remand of Defamation Case Against Wright Finlay & Zak so he Can Run Video in State Court.

These lawyers didn’t like my Deposition Videos or my running commentary about their client Cenlar Mortgage Servicing’s deceitful conduct that cost them $214K, so they made up a story about how I allegedly issued a Death Threat against them.

Unreal.

The top video is an impromptu interview at Ballard Backfire Motorcycle Night here in Seattle; the next one is a summary video showing me confronting the lawyers at Federal Court where they told the Judge about the “death threat” and he refused to put me out of the Court because he knew they were full of shit.

Then the last video is the exchange we had back in 2014 as presented in one of Plaintiff’s Memoranda.

3.            The Purported Manipulation of Civil Procedure.

As to Plaintiff’s purported manipulation of the Rules of Civil Procedure, let’s remember that this entire case is about Defendants’ contempt for free press as noted in the video in which Defendant Wozniak rudely tells Plaintiff to “get out” and joins with Attorney McIntosh in a ridiculous and abusive threat to call security as one may clearly hear Plaintiff packing up.

The Court may – and should – find it instructive that the colloquy between Defendant Wozniak and Plaintiff immediately prior to the threat was: 

PTF:            “You know I find it interesting that the Deponents in this case all talked about openness and transparency, yet when my cameras come out they all run for the hills.”

DEF:            “That is for me to know and you to wonder.”

PTF:            “Oh I’m not wondering anything, I have it all figured out.”

DEF:            “Get out….”

PTF:     “Watch your tone to me, Counselor, I’m packing up.”

ATTY MCINTOSH:  “You want us to call security and have them escort you out?”

Purely insane and abusive conduct as the Jury will see.

            So there is a clear-cut manifest contempt of Plaintiff’s work that includes potential Defendant Heidi Buck-Morrison’s ridiculous fear of Plaintiff even though there was not one single issue with Plaintiff’s Deposition coverage that remains online to this day. She was the Defendant’s linchpin as to why they were all in “apprehension” of this Dangerous Black Man.
