IPO Roundup: Luxury fashion e-commerce platform Farfetch’s IPO may raise more than US$600mln

X Financial (NYSE:XYF) will be the first initial price offering pricing to kick off the week. The Chinese fintech operates a peer-to-peer lending platform. The Shanghai-based company will offer 11 million shares priced between US$9 and US$11. The IPO could raise as much as US$122mln.

Thursday

Bank7 Corp (NASDAQ:BSVN) will price its shares on Thursday. Based in Oklahoma City, the bank holding company operates seven branches in the Oklahoma, Kansas and the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The company will offer more than 3.3 million shares priced between US$18 and US$21. The offering could raise as much as US$69.8mln.

Friday

Remora Royalties Inc (NASDAQ:RRI) plans to price its shares at the end of the week. The company owns royalty interests in natural gas and oil properties, including in the oil-rich Permian Basin that stretches across Texas and New Mexico. The Austin-based company will offer more than 5.25 million shares priced between US$19 and US$21. Remora Royalties may raise as much as US$110.25mln.

Elanco Animal Health Inc (NYSE:ELAN) will also price its shares on Friday and is poised to be one of the largest IPOs of the year. The company is the animal health unit of drug manufacturer Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE:LILY). It manufactures products for veterinarians and food animal producers. The Indiana-based company will offer 62.9 million shares priced between US$20 and US$23, raising as much as US$1.45bn.

Farfetch Ltd (NYSE:FTCH) is will price its shares on Friday as well. The online fashion platform offers luxury brands from well-established and on-the-rise designers. The UK-based e-commerce retailer will offer more than 37.5 million shares priced between US$15 and US$17. Farfetch’s IPO could raise as much as US$637.56mln.

Y-mAbs Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:YMAB) develops a line of antibody-based treatments for pediatric cancers. The late-stage clinical biopharma has partnered with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. It will offer more than 5.33 million shares priced between US$14 and US$16. The New York-based company may raise as much as US$85.33mln.

Eventbrite Inc (NYSE:EB) is on its way to going public as well. The online platform offers tickets and registration for live events. The San Francisco-bases company will offer 10 million shares priced between US$19 and US$21. Its IPO may bring in as much as US$210mln.
