Biocept Inc (NASDAQ:BIOC), a liquid biopsy provider, announced Monday that a peer-review journal published validation results showing the high sensitivity of its Target Selector testing for EGFR, BRAF and KRAS mutations in plasma circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA).  The company said the article was published in the journal PLOS ONE this month and will also be included as part of a special collection of topical articles entitled Targeted Anticancer Therapies And Precision Medicine In Cancer.

Harvest One Cannabis Inc (CVE:HVT) (OTCMKTS:HRVOF) has earned a cannabis cultivation license from Health Canada for phase one of its Mission Road facility in British Columbia.  The Mission Road facility is located next to an existing Harvest One cultivation operation in Duncan, British Columbia on Vancouver Island. With the Health Canada license in tow, the company can immediately begin cultivation at the site, which it expects to triple its production level in Duncan, once fully completed.

Mirasol Resources Ltd (CVE:MRZ) (OTCMKTS:MRZLF) announced Monday it has signed a definitive agreement with First Quantum Minerals (TSE:FM) for its Coronación Copper/Gold Project in northern Chile. The project was generated by Mirasol as part of its ongoing Atacama-Puna generative program, further confirmation of Mirasol’s ability to attract quality partners on prospective exploration projects, the company said in a statement. Under the terms of the agreement, Mirasol granted to First Quantum the option to earn-in 80% of the project over six years by making annual cash payments totaling US$875,000, completing at least 10,000 meters of drilling and delivering a NI 43-101 compliant pre-feasibility study report.

EnWave Corporation (CVE:ENW) (OTCMKTS:NWVCF) is ramping up production of its Moon Cheese line of snacks.  The company announced Monday that its subsidiary NutraDried Food Company LLC plans to install a third large-scale 120 kiloWatt Radiant Energy Vacuum, to bolster its production capacity.  Moon Cheese, a dehydrated cheese rock snack, is sold at more than 25,000 distribution points in North America, including Starbucks, Costco, Whole Foods, Publix, Target, and Wegmans

PreveCeutical Medical Inc (CSE:PREV) (OTCMKTS:PRVCF) announced Monday that it has received a tax credit from the Australian government to support further development of the pharmaceutical company’s research and development program. The Vancouver-based company received a cash refund of nearly A$617,000 from the Australian Taxation Office’s Research and Development Tax Incentive Program. PreveCeutical is studying its Sol-gel nose-to-brain drug delivery system and non-addictive pain medication at the University of Queensland in the country.

Gold Resource Corporation (NYSEAMERICAN:GORO), the precious metals miner, has reached commercial production at its Isabella Pearl gold mine in Nevada, just 16 months after breaking ground at the site.  Gold output has been ramping up at the mine since the first dore bar was produced in late April this year, while September production totaled more than 2,000 ounces of the yellow metal, the firm said, which means it reached positive operational cash flow during the month.

Gevo, Inc. (NASDAQ:GEVO) announced on Monday that it has supplied sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) for aircraft general aviation’s largest tradeshow to further support carbon neutrality goals in the aviation industry. In a statement, the leading renewable fuels and chemicals manufacturer said its customer and global fuel supplier, Avfuel Corporation, has partnered with fixed-base operator, Avflight Salina at Salina Regional Airport and Henderson Executive Airport to provide SAF for aircraft headed to the Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (BACE) in Las Vegas, Nevada beginning October 17.

Blackrock Gold Corp (CVE:BRC) revealed that a fully funded 2,000 metre (m) drill program has started at the Silver Cloud project in Nevada. Initial work consists of core drilling, with four holes planned to follow up on past high-grade intercepts reported by Teck Resources Limited (NYSE:TECK), including 158g/t gold over 1.5m, and by Placer Dome, which found 5.5g/t of the yellow metal over 12m. Modelling by the firm suggests historic high-grade intercepts may be associated with an east-west vein system rather than the north-south system that guided previous interpretations and shows potential for five veins within the Silver Cloud vein zone.

Great Panther Mining Limited (NYSE:GPL) (TSE:GPR) reported increased production figures during the fiscal third quarter thanks to an optimized Tucano gold mine and record levels from its Topia silver operation. Overall production of gold equivalent ounces from Tucano in Brazil and two Mexican mining operations, including Topia, increased by 270% since 3Q 2018.  The Vancouver-based company produced over 47,000 gold equivalent ounces during the quarter compared to 12,800 over the same period a year prior.

Millennial Lithium Corp (CVE:ML) (OTCQB:MLNLF) announced Monday another key milestone in the evolution of its flagship Pastos Grandes lithium project in Argentina with the granting of a federal fiscal stability certificate, which outlines the tax regime for the property over the next 30 years.  The main feature of the document is the reduction of the corporate income tax rate from 30% to 25% with effect from the beginning of next year, noted the Vancouver-headquartered firm.

RNC Minerals (TSE:RNX) (OTCMKTS:RNKLF) unveiled strong production rates from its Beta Hunt and Higginsville mines in Western Australia, saying 8,239 ounces of the yellow metal was produced last month (September).  It was the third consistent rate of output and brings total gold production for the third quarter this year to 24,216 ounces.

Nordic Gold Inc (CVE:NOR) announced Monday that it had finalized an agreement with Pandion Mine Finance, a critical step in returning the exploration company to positive cash flow. The Vancouver-based company said it had settled its outstanding C$63.4 million liability for a total consideration of US$24.6 million payable over the following 24 months. The move is a key step in enabling Nordic Gold to restarting production at its Laiva mine in Finland

Azarga Metals Corp (CVE:AZR) told investors that a 6,000 meter core drilling program had kicked off at its Unkur copper and silver project in the Zabaikalsky province in Russia’s Far East following the completion of a geophysical survey.  Unkur already boasts an inferred resource of 62 million tonnes of material at 0.53% copper and 38.6 g/t silver, or 91g/t silver equivalent. Notably, the project is open in both directions along strike and also down dip.

eWellness Healthcare Corporation (OTCMKTS:EWLL),  a provider of the state of the art PHZIO platform for the physical therapy and telehealth markets, announced Monday that it is has hired two senior healthcare executives to focus on the $4 billion North American Musculoskeletal (MSK) Treatment Market and Northern California Large Scale Healthcare Networks.  In a statement, the company said it has appointed Tom Oyan as Vice President of Enterprise Solutions to lead its launch into the Self-Insured Corporation’s MSK treatment market.  In addition, the group said, Patricia Erle-Bergman has been hired as Vice President of Digital Health where she will be focusing on large scale healthcare providers located in Northern California.

Royal Road Minerals Limited (CVE:RYR) reported positive final exploratory drilling results Monday from its Caribe gold project in north-eastern Nicaragua.  Located in the country’s highly prospective Golden Triangle region, the Caribe project is part of the strategic alliance agreement between Royal Road and Hemco Mineros Nicaragua, a subsidiary of Colombia’s Grupo Mineros SA.
