Progressive Planet Solutions Inc (CVE:PLAN) (OTCMKTS:ASHXF) announced Friday that it has signed an option agreement with Jeremy Marlow on a second zeolite property near Falkland, British Columbia. In a statement, the company said that, to maintain and exercise the option granted, it will pay Marlow a total amount of $26,000 over a period of 36 months, issue a total of 500,000 common shares and incur a total of $200,000 in exploration expenditures on the zeolite property over the same time period once the agreement is approved by regulators. Additionally, Marlow will retain a royalty of $8.00 per tonne of mineral products produced from the property, subject to a 50% buyback right in consideration of $75,000.

Thor Explorations Ltd (CVE:THX) updated on the financing for its Segilola gold project in Nigeria on Friday,  as it announced that the Toronto Venture Exchange has granted a 30 day extension to close the C$20 million (US$15 million) offering it unveiled in August. In a statement, the company also said it had received conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for the first tranche of its proposed US$15 million placing with Africa Finance Corporation (AFC) – the second highest investment-grade-rated financial institution in Africa – which was announced in April.

LiteLink Technologies Inc (CSE:LLT) (OTCMKTS:LLNKF), the logistics and digital tracking company, revealed Friday that it had struck a tie-up with Segra International, the cannabis agriculture technology firm, for cannabis tracking.  Segra produces cannabis plantlets, which are packaged and shipped to licensed producers around the world, including some of the top Canadian licensed producers. It has inked a memorandum of understanding with LiteLink.

Thunderbird Entertainment Group (CVE:TBRD) is celebrating the return of its hit series ‘Highway Thru Hell’ for an eighth season on Discovery Canada. The series, one of Discovery’s top-rated programs internationally, is also returning for a ninth season consisting of 18 episodes. Newgioco Group Inc (OTCMKTS:NWGI) has hired seasoned bookmaker Kevin Slicker to head up its US sports betting operations and lead its business development plan.  Slicker has spent the past decade as a consultant to sportsbooks, casinos, and daily fantasy sports providers. Ipsidy Inc (OTCMKTS:IDTY), the biometric identity solutions company, has seen its technology boosted as it revealed it is launching its Proof platform in Peru. Proof by Ipsidy is a mobile identity verification solution using government-issued credentials, combined with real-time biometrics. The Proof solution for Peru will be enhanced with RENIEC – the South American country’s national ID registry – which manages all national identities and issues electronic national ID cards.

Phunware Inc (NASDAQ:PHUN), a mobile app development platform, announced a summary list Thursday of its third quarter customer contract wins in advance of its full quarterly results.  The most high-profile contract award was a new customer win with Verizon Communications Inc (NYSE:VZ).

Atlas Engineered Products Ltd (CVE:AEP) said Friday that, further to its announcement dated February 25, 2019, with respect to the share purchase agreement between the company and South Central Building Systems Ltd., the South Central shareholders exercised their right to receive $90,000 of the final instalment payment of $100,000 per month for a period of five months by way of 225,000 common shares with a deemed price per share of 40 cents.

Ximen Mining Corp (CVE:XIM) told shareholders Friday that the TSX Venture Exchange accepted documentation related to a non-brokered private placement announced September 23. The Vancouver-based company issued just over 833,000 shares at C$0.30. The company also issued the same amount of warrants priced at C$0.45 for an 18-month period. Ximen Mining Corp. owns 100% interest in all three of its precious metal projects located in southern BC.
