As part of the Working People Boot Camp there will be a discussion on Stockbee Lemonade Strategy for 401k and modifications to it to suit different scenarios.
Unfortunately in 401k there is no one fit all solutions as different companies have different choices of funds and different brokers have different restrictions on what and how often you trade.
However over last 20 years I have looked at lot of members 401k and has good understanding of solutions for different conditions.
To benefit most from the Bootcamp if you do some pre work on your 401k then it will save you time during the bootcamp and you will not feel lost.
Here are things I suggest you do before bootcamp to be ready
Setup list of your fund choice in TC2000 . If you do not have TC2000 use Google Spreadsheet or Excel

If you have Fidelity Brokeragelink in your account, find out what choices are allowed and whether ETF and Leveraged ETF are allowed.
What is BrokerageLink
BrokerageLink® gives you the ability to open a brokerage account within your 401k. This opens the universe of available investment choices to a much broader spectrum of securities. Some companies limit the types of investments you can own or the percentage of your 401k that can be moved into the BrokerageLink® account. Still, the wider selection of thousands of investment choices increases the level of diversification you can achieve and may give you access to investments that are superior to those offered in the standard 401k plan.
Schwab also offers Schwab Personal Choice Retirement Account® (PCRA) which is similar to Fidelity BrokerageLink
A Schwab PCRA is a self-directed brokerage account (SDBA) that resides within your employer-sponsored retirement plan. In addition to the choices typically offered by retirement plans, PCRA lets you invest in a much wider range of investments.
Knowing the details of these options will allow you to turbo charge your returns. So study the choices you have.
Find free Data on 1 year 3 year 5 year returns on your fund choices. In most cases this is available within your 401k brokerage account. See table below for one of our 401k account
