Algernon Pharmaceuticals Inc (CSE:AGN) (OTCQB:AGNPF) said Friday it had awarded a manufacturing contract to Dalton Pharma Services to synthesize DMT for its stroke program. The clinical stage pharmaceutical development company told shareholders that Dalton will manufacture the active pharmaceutical ingredient and finished product for Algernon’s DMT formulation. In a statement, Algernon said Dalton has “extensive experience” in synthesizing psilocybin and tryptamine derivatives.

Tocvan Ventures Corp (CSE:TOC) (FRA:TV3) announced that it has started the next phase of exploration at the company’s Pilar Gold-Silver Project in Mexico, which will include detailed mapping and sampling of key target areas. Predictiv AI Inc (CVE:PAI) (OTC:INOTF) (FRA:71TA) announced Friday that US-based visitor management solutions company Security Identification Systems Corp has signed on to sell the company’s ThermalPass coronavirus (COVID-19) screening devices in the US. ThermalPass was developed to lessen the spread of COVID-19 in high-traffic locations by using medical-grade sensors to scan people (up to 60 per minute using 1,200 sensors) who pass through it and silently identify anyone with an abnormally high body temperature, a possible indicator of COVID-19. 

Bam Bam Resources Corp (CSE:BBR) (OTCPINK:NPEZF) (FRA:4NPB) announced Friday that a drone magnetic survey by Zonge International Inc is underway at the Majuba Hill Porphyry Copper Project in Pershing County, Nevada. The magnetic coverage is being expanded because of the very encouraging results from a 2018 ground magnetic survey over part of the project area, the company said in a statement. The 2018 survey covered the known oxide, the oxide extension, and the sulfide target zones. Two magnetic lows were interpreted from the data and a distinct association was observed between the magnetic lows and high copper values in historic drilling, surface geochemical sampling, and the historic underground copper mine at Majuba. 

Goldcore Resources Ltd (CVE:EM) (OTCMKTS:CZSVF) (FRA:BK2P) announced Friday that several tonnes of graphitic rock samples collected over the past four years from its drill and surface trenching programs are in transit to Base Metallurgical Laboratories Ltd. The samples will be processed to produce about 1,000 kilograms (kg) of graphite concentrate to be used to produce battery anode material for the making of test batteries. The company said Base Metallurgical will crush, float and clean the graphitic rock samples from Goldcore’s Berkwood Graphite project in Northern Quebec.
