SilverCorp Metals Inc (TSX:SVM) (NYSEAMERICAN:SVM) (FRA:S9Y) said its subsidiary, New Infini Silver Inc, has acquired the La Yesca silver project in Nayarit State, Mexico. The company said the project, located around 100 kilometers (km) northwest of the city of Guadalajara, covers an area of around 47.7 square km with previous exploration activities between 2014 and 2018, having included geological mapping, stream sediment, and soil geochemical surveys, and widely-spaced drilling. 

NetCents Technology Inc (CSE:NC) (FRA:26N) (OTCQB:NTTCF) said it has agreed to white label the NC Exchange in a move it says will increase its market share and future growth by providing vendors with a cost-effective business solution. The crypto payments company said the white label product will allow its partners to connect and distribute cryptocurrency products more competitively to their users and clients by providing a platform to trade and manage their digital assets using highly secure infrastructure with advanced user interfaces and order types, as well as a user-friendly mobile app for convenience and easy access to markets.

Fury Gold Mines Limited (TSE:FURY) (NYSEAMERICAN:FURY) (FRA:AUN1) told investors it aims to kick off a 25,000 metre (m) drill program at its high-grade Homestake Ridge gold-silver project in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle.  In a statement, it said 15,000m would be aimed at extending the Homestake ridge deposit to depth and along strike, while 10,000m of infill drilling will be carried out at the Homestake silver deposit in a bid to upgrade a portion of the resource to the indicated category from inferred and demonstrate the continuity of mineralization.

Mind Medicine (MindMed) Inc (NEO:MMED) (OTCQB:MMEDF) (FRA:MMQ) has unveiled some leadership changes as the company advances its strategy of combining clinical development programs with digital technologies. J.R. Rahn will become the sole chief executive of the psychedelic medicine biotech, while Stephen Hurst will retire from his co-CEO and executive chairman positions, but will remain a director.

GlobeX Data Ltd (CSE:SWIS) (OTCQB:SWISF) said Tuesday that it is preparing to launch its Sekur and SekurSafe communications products in Colombia and Panama. The Toronto and New York-based company said it expects the release to take place early in the second quarter of 2021 in partnership with Micronet, its Latin America cybersecurity distributor. Micronet, which is headquartered in Spain, manages a network of 3,000 resellers in 11 countries through Central and Latin America.

Arcadia Biosciences Inc (NASDAQ:RKDA) (FRA:17D) announced that four of its GoodHemp varieties have all passed the rigorous standards of the national Association of Official Seed Certifying Agencies (AOSCA) variety review board. The four varieties are Rogue, Umpqua, Santiam and Potomac, the company said in a statement Tuesday. ”In an emerging industry such as hemp, where variable quality of seed has historically plagued growers, being able to provide the quality assurance that AOSCA certification brings is critical,” said Randy Shultz, chief technology officer of Arcadia Biosciences. 

Nabis Holdings Inc (CSE:NAB) (OTCMKTS:NABIF) (FRA:A2PL) has provided an update on Arizona operations. In a statement Tuesday, Nabis noted that Perpetual Healthcare Inc received its “Dual License” from the Arizona Department of Health Services, enabling it to sell cannabis products to adult users in addition to continuing to service its established medical clientele. Perpetual intends to commence sales to the “adult use” market as quickly as practicable.

Tartisan Nickel Corp (CSE:TN) (OTCMKTS:TTSRF) announced Monday that it is updating a previously published economic report on the Kenbridge nickel project in Ontario. According to a 2020 resource estimate by Tartisan, Kenbridge contains combined open-pit and underground, historic measured and indicated resource of 7.5 million tons at 0.6% nickel and 0.3% copper for a total of 95 million pounds of contained nickel. Tartisan CEO Mark Appleby told shareholders that the preliminary economic assessment (PEA) update is the first step towards completing a full bankable feasibility study on Kenbridge.

Heritage Cannabis Holdings Corp (CSE:CANN) (OTCQX:HERTF) (FRA:2UE) reported that it has filed a preliminary short form prospectus with the securities commissions in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and Nova Scotia in connection with an overnight marketed public offering of units of the company.  Heritage Cannabis said it plans to use the net proceeds to purchase additional biomass, packaging materials and equipment, product development and for working capital and general corporate purposes. The company noted that the units being offered will consist of one common company share plus one common share purchase warrant, allowing the holder to purchase one common share of the company at any time for a period of 24 months following closing of the offering.

African Gold Group Inc (CVE:AGG) (OTCMKTS:AGGFF) (FRA:3A61) said the latest drill assays from its Kobada gold project in Mali continue to show the potential to expand resources at the property. The company said it had now completed two phases -  3A and 4A – at its flagship site, which was aimed at upgrading the oxide resources to the higher confidence indicated and measured category and to initially prove the presence of mineralisation at the neighbouring Gosso shear zone.
