Victory Square Technologies investee Immersive Tech inks letter of intent to sell its UNCONTAINED VR attraction to Autobahn Indoor Speedway

Victory Square Technologies Inc (CSE:VST) (OTCMKTS:VSQTF) (FRA:6F6) said its portfolio company Fantasy 360 Inc (doing business as Immersive Tech) has signed a letter of intent to sell one of its hyper-immersive virtual reality (VR) “UNCONTAINED” attractions to Autobahn Indoor Speedway.

Autobahn Indoor Speedway also has an option to purchase up to 10 UNCONTAINED units for its remaining locations across the US.

The UNCONTAINED multiplayer VR solution provides an array of physical effects including motion floors, heat/cool, air blast effects, all-encompassing aromas and object interactions, all packaged as a cost effective plug and play VR solution. It offers a hyper-immersive experience for up to six players, built on a highly scalable and turnkey modular platform.

Autobahn Indoor Speedway is one of the largest chains of indoor go-karting operators in North America, with 10 locations across the US, featuring high performance Italian-made racing karts, indoor and outdoor attractions, as well as food and beverage offerings.

Immersive blends amusement park engineering and video game development and has established working relationships with top organizations such as Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Intel, Allegiant Airlines, Capital One, Scotia Bank, and the US Food and Drug Administration for brand activations at events including X-Games and Boston Hub.
