Empower Clinics Inc (CSE:CBDT) (FRA:8EC) (OTCQB:EPWCF) said its at-home saliva COVID-19 RT-PCR test is now available for passengers to buy on the website of Canada’s largest airline – Air Canada –  and also updated on the progress of its clinic expansion in the country.  The integrated healthcare company said the Health Canada and US Food and Drug Administration Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) authorized test was now available for people booking a flight as they are referred to the Kai Care websites. Also in the statement, the company, which provides body and mind treatment at its clinics, along with digital and telemedicine care, said it now had a pipeline of 22 clinics in Canada, which were at various stages of development.

Mydecine Innovations Group Inc (NEO:MYCO) (OTCMKTS:MYCOF) (FRA:0NFA) has provided an update on its strategic reorganization to spin out its US cannabis assets. The company intends to spin out its US cannabis assets and its interests in US cannabis projects into a newly incorporated subsidiary (SpinCo) and offer its holdings of common shares in SpinCo to its existing shareholders. In a statement, Mydecine said it expects to receive the interim order from the Supreme Court of British Columbia on or about June 7. Then, subject to the approval of the shareholders, the reorganization (spin-out) is anticipated to close on or about the week of July 12. The purpose of the spin-out will be, among other things, to permit the company to comply with NASDAQ Listing Qualification requirements and comparable London Stock Exchange requirements regarding cannabis assets as the company continues its listing-review process with NASDAQ.

Victory Resources Corporation (CSE:VR) (FRA:VR61) (OTCPINK:VRCFF) said it had completed a ten-hole, 496 metres (m) drill program at its Loner property in Nevada and samples have been sent to the lab. The main aim was to test gold in soil anomaly east of the southern workings, where drilling had encountered several zones of intensely altered granite cut by veinlets. If assays indicate that these zones are gold-bearing, it supports the idea that the steeply dipping zones are part of a larger gold-bearing system.

Talon Metals Corp (TSE:TLO) said it had discovered a thick pool of massive nickel-copper mineralization outside of the defined resource area at its Tamarack project in Minnesota. A recent drill hole in the area known as CGO West intersected 13.88 metres of mixed massive nickel-copper mineralization starting at 224 metres – the thickest intercept to date in the area. Assay results are pending on the hole, Talon said in a statement.

Exro Technologies Inc (CVE:EXRO) (OTCQB:EXROF) (FRA:1O2) said it has successfully completed a trial of its battery control system (BCS) in an operating second life energy storage environment. The clean technology company said the BCS pilot was tested in a 25 kilowatt (kw) 150 kilowatt-hour (kWh) energy storage system (ESS) with aftermarket battery cells, multiple inverters, and a grid level simulator. It added that the ESS balanced all battery cells operating with different states of charge successfully at full depth of discharge, enabling the utilization of second-life battery applications. Exro said the pilot validates the BCS’s ability to optimize batteries for efficient second life operations.

Great Bear Resources Ltd (CVE:GBR) (OTCQX:GTBAF) (FRA:0G6A) has reported results from its ongoing $45 million exploration program at its flagship Dixie project in Ontario. The company said highlights from the current results included the fact that new drill holes have intersected the LP Fault zone from around 20 to 500 meters (m) vertical depth along 2.2 kilometers of strike length. The drill holes were also located above previous drilling, to extend gold mineralization towards surface, and within 75 to 100m of previously undrilled gaps in the zone. Great Bear said two drill holes are step-ups that extend gold mineralization by more than 75m above previous drilling to the near-surface, while the company also highlighted new bulk-tonnage intercepts that included 3.07 grams per tonne (g/t) of gold over 35.6m from 117 to 152.6m downhole in drill hole BR-320, 1.11 g/t gold over 91.6m from 349.5 to 441.1m downhole in drill hole BR-285, and 1.00 g/t gold over 91.4m from 473.6 to 565m downhole in drill hole BR-286.

HighGold Mining Inc (CVE:HIGH) (OTCQX:HGGOF) announced that it has recently received C$1.9 million from the exercise of 2,709,027 warrants held by key strategic shareholders, including a senior gold producer. The Vancouver, British Columbia-based mineral exploration company said the exercised warrants priced at $0.70 were originally issued as part of HighGold’s go-public financing. “Of the 8,500,000 two-year warrants that were issued, approximately 2,800,000 remain unexercised,” said the company.  It encouraged the holders of the remaining warrants to exercise them before the September 19, 2021 expiry. CEO Darwin Green said with the proceeds from the warrant exercise, HighGold’s working capital now stands at C$18 million.

Planet 13 Holdings Inc (CSE:PLTH) (OTCQX:PLNHF), a leading vertically integrated Nevada cannabis company, plans to release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31 on May 27 aftermarket. It will host a conference call at 5 pm ET that day to discuss its 1Q results and provide investors with key business highlights.
