ES Morning Update December 9th 2021

Yesterday didn’t do much, but really that’s normal after such a powerful two day rally. Those two days were likely some like of wave 3 up inside the medium B wave, which just leaves some small wave 4 down and 5 up to finish it. Those waves should be completed by today I think. After that the medium C wave down should start and of course it will breakdown into smaller waves as well.

If I were SkyNet here’s how I would do it to trap the bulls long over the weekend and keep the bears from shorting it at the best entry level. I would start a small wave 1 down today inside the medium wave C and then Friday morning I’d go right back up almost a 100% for the small wave 2 bounce. Then in the afternoon I’d start the tiny wave 1 down inside the small wave 3 down, but right at the close I’d rip it back up for the tiny wave 2 to take out any smart bears trying to short it.

This tiny wave 2 bounce should again be just slightly lower then the top of the small wave 2 that would have been made early in the day. This would have both bulls and bears scratching their heads wondering what to do as overall the day will have looked choppy with no clear direction. Then on Sunday night we’d see the tiny wave 3 down start inside the small wave 3 inside the medium wave 3… which at the gap down open Monday you’d just see some small bounce but the entire day should be down.

Then Tuesday and/or into Wednesday the small wave 4 and 5 is carved out and the entire move is over with. The low should be to at least the 4450 level, but probably deeper to really scare the bulls out and lure in the bears. Those bears will stay short after it bottoms as they will think we are going to repeat the 2018 pattern, but we won’t as everyone will see it… which is too obvious and therefore won’t happen.
