We first wrote up the stock in 2019, right before it went on a 1,367% move. To be clear, COVID was responsible for a good deal of this move. However, the COVID “bump” eventually ended, so that sales and EPS comps did not look favorable since then… and the stock reversed most of the Multibagger rise.
As we wrote about in an update post, via a Microcap Investing Cliff Note Substack contribution, the company has now cycled through these years, is growing again, and is actually in a much better position on three fronts:
- Better operating leverage
- Broader product lineup
- Competitors dropped out of the market
It’s also important to highlight key information arbitrage in the Q2 earnings call. In the release, the company stated that revenues increased by less than 5%, and although this seems extremely disappointing, the call revealed that this low growth was the result of a supply chain delay. As a matter of fact, no orders were lost, and this actually sets the company up for a very strong Q3 2026.
