The IPO Buzz: Accelevation (ACCV Proposed) Sets Terms for $660 Million IPO
Accelevation Holdings (ACCV Proposed) outlined the terms today for its $660 million IPO: 30 million shares at a price range of $20.00 to $24.00 to raise $660 million, if priced at the $22.00 mid-point of its range. This is a NASDAQ listing.
Of the 30 million shares in the IPO, Accelevation is offering 8.64 million shares and the selling shareholders are offering 21.36 million shares. Accelevation will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the selling stockholders’ shares.
At pricing, Accelevation would have a market cap of $4.92 billion, if priced at the $22.00 mid-point of its range.
Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan Securities, Goldman Sachs, Barclays and BofA Securities are the joint lead book-runners.
Accelevation, based in Miamisburg, Ohio, designs, manufactures and installs power distribution and white space infrastructure products for mission-critical environments for data centers, the prospectus said.
“We help our large data center customers, including AI and cloud data center customers, accelerate deployment through integrated factory-built solutions designed for speed, scalability and deployment certainty,” the prospectus said. “Our execution against these customer needs drove revenue growth of 147 percent from 2024 to 2025 and contributed to a backlog of about $1.1 billion as of June 30, 2026.“
