Whew, what a year, right? We have SO MUCH going on that my head is spinning, pretty much daily. I’ve noticed that not only is my stress level quite elevated, I also have been experiencing my usual, seasonal funk on top of it. The Holidays in general are really hard on me for personal reasons, and I dread these months every single year.
