·      Log in to your QUOTEX account as follows: Log in to your account on the QUOTEX website.

·      Go to the settings page by clicking here: The settings tab is at the upper left of the trading page.

·      Navigate to the “Account” section: Look for the “Account” tab within the settings menu.

·      Select the option to remove your account: Once on the page of the setting, select the option to delete your

QUOTEX live trading account.

·      Ascertain that all positions are closed and funds have been withdrawn: Check that any trades opened have been closed and have withdrawn the total amount of money from your available QUOTEX balance before closing your QUOTEX account.

How to Delete Your Email Account

You can also use email to delete your account. To start, log in to your account using the email address you gave at signup. Next, email the QUOTEX support team requesting that your account be closed. In the email, explain the reason you want to close your account and provide your account deactivation and closing request. Wait for a response from the QUOTEX support team after you’ve sent the email. They will call you to confirm your request and offer additional information about the procedure. Please remember that the duration it takes to close your account through email will vary based on the QUOTEX support team’s workload.

·      Traders may have quit trading entirely or may no longer choose to participate in trading operations on the QUOTEX platform.

·      Changing brokers: Traders who have created accounts with other brokers may want to close their QUOTEX account.

·      Personal reasons: Traders may close their QUOTEX account for personal reasons such as financial restrictions or a job shift.

How to withdraw funds from your Quotex Account

It is critical to withdraw any remaining funds from your trading account before terminating your QUOTEX account. Traders Union gave the detailed methods for withdrawing monies from QUOTEX:

Ø  Log in to your QUOTEX account as follows: Log in to your account on the QUOTEX website using your username and password.

Ø  Navigate to the withdrawal menu: Go to your trading account’s withdrawal menu once logged in. This may be found on the menu bar under the “Cashier” tab.

Ø  Choose a payment method: Choose the payment option you desire to use to withdraw funds from your account. QUOTEX accepts bank transfers, e-wallets, and credit/debit cards as withdrawal methods.

Ø  Enter the confirmation code: Your registered email address will receive a confirmation code. To confirm your withdrawal request, enter the code.

Ø  Submit your withdrawal request: Once you’ve provided all the necessary information and confirmed your withdrawal request, send it to QUOTEX.

Ø  View the withdrawal status: The withdrawal status may be seen on the menu bar under the “Cashier” tab. The status will indicate whether or not the withdrawal request was authorized.

Ø  It should be noted that withdrawal processing timeframes may vary depending the withdrawal method you have chosen and the request time. However, the average processing time ranges from 1 to 5 business days.
