Oppo R7s with 4GB RAM Launched In India
Keeping its promise, Chinese tech-giant Oppo has introduced the latest member of its R lineup with a tempting set of specs. The new Oppo R7s has been unveiled with a metal unibody design language and 4GB RAM. It will be the shelves in Australian and Taiwanese markets, but as of now, there is no word on its pricing or availability in the Indian market.
As for specifications, the new Oppo R7s features a crafty 5.5-inch full-HD AMOLED 2.5D Curved Screen, protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It features gives a nice viewing experience with 401 pixels per-inch, and powers up by an Octa-core Snapdragon 615 chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM and Adreno 405 Graphic processor. The powerful hardware and the whopping 4GB RAM of Oppo R7s takes the new handset straight against Asus ZenFone 2 featuring a beautiful full-HD display backed by 4GB of RAM.
The Oppo R7s runs Android 5.1 Lollipop-based ColorOS 2.1, and packs 32GB of inbuilt storage expandable up to 128GB through micro-SD card. The dual-SIM based features one micro-SIM and hybrid nano-SIM card slot, which can also be used as a micro-SD card slot for expanding memory. It also offers support for LTE bands deployed in India, and also includes standard connectivity options such as, Wi-Fi, GPRS/EDGE, A-GPS, micro-USB, and Bluetooth 4.1.
Another highlight of the power-packed Oppo R7s is its impressive 13-megapixel rear and 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The front-facing snapper features f/2.4 aperture, while the rear camera promises incredible image production with a bunch of mouthwatering features such as, Sony IMX214 sensor, f/2.2 aperture, and “Flash Shot” technology assuring fast focus, fast launch, and stable imaging.
Added to this, for non-stop work and play, Oppo R7s houses a powerful 3,070mAh battery. The handset measures 151.8 ×75.4×6.95 mm, weighs 155 grams, and is complimented by VOOC Rapid charge technology. According to the company, a 5 minute charge on this device will give you 2 hours of talk time without any glitches. Or, you can say, it goes 0% to 90% in just 50 minutes.
Like we said, No word on the pricing yet, but soon we’ll hear about its price china when it goes live in the country at an event in Beijing on October 20.
